A wonderful and atmospheric place for wedding ceremonies! Our wedding took place on June 29, 2024. And what can I say? We and our guests are just delighted! Very tasty food, a beautiful place, well-groomed territory, a gorgeous clean fish pond. By the way, on the second day you can fish, but you must definitely let it go back to the pond!)) The fishing rod must have its own. Larisa and Victor, the owners of the estate, taking into account their experience, will suggest wedding contractors, but do not impose them. The peculiarity of this estate is that the rental price includes holding a wedding on the second day (before 17.00). For a fee, guests can stay overnight. On the second day, we were waiting for a perfectly cooked hodgepodge, kebabs and pita bread with suluguni. And plus the food left over from the wedding. The only thing is that their timing on the first day of the wedding is from 13.30 to 22.30. At 13.30 it was not very convenient for me, since it was early, I had a lot to do. But everyone managed to do it)). And the wedding arch with decorations could only be used by them (for a separate fee), they were not allowed to use their own with decor. But it's really beautiful and homely there. I definitely recommend it!

The event of the day was held: wedding!!!
Pros: large and well-groomed territory, hospitable and attentive hosts, comfortable rooms, delicious cooking, good waiter service. There is a nice wood-burning sauna, billiards.
A HUGE minus: at about 20.00 h. the owner of the estate ordered to mute the sound of music, although everyone was dancing and having fun indoors. Requests for permission to make the music louder were refused and a reference to the concluded contract was made. At 23.00 h. the music is turned off and the owner, already referring to the current legislation, can be said to have dispersed everyone to their rooms, forbidding even leaving the estate, saying that the gates will be closed and no one will be able to enter back. Therefore, the holiday was over. The next day, according to the agreement, you also cannot turn on even a small music column. That's why we walked in silence! Although no!!!! Behind the fence at this time, someone was mowing the grass with a lawn mower. So the sound background was!
R.S. Payment per person is $ 80 regardless of the number of people. Moreover, it is required to pay only in $. Otherwise, the lease agreement will not be concluded. Somehow it does not fit with the "law-abiding" of the owner of the estate!

We spent two incredible days at the Old Park estate celebrating the wedding. This place has left incredibly warm memories and pleasant impressions.
Of the advantages:
- large and well-maintained territory,
- the hosts met us with an open heart and turned out to be sensitive and attentive
- the rooms were cozy
- top-level waiter service
- the taste of the dishes exceeded expectations
I would especially like to note the care of the details shown by the owners. They provided not only a great place for a wedding, but also created a unique atmosphere, as if we were at home. A wood-burning sauna, billiards and other entertainment added variety to our event.
Of the cons:
- on the first day at 23:00, the event ended, because you can not listen to music loudly, but in our case it did not interfere in any way
I recommend it to everyone!

The manor exceeded our expectations, a wonderful location with several halls, suitable for any celebration) There are many corners for a photo shoot on the territory, every corner is simply fabulous! The kitchen is excellent, we ate only the first hot one))) the dishes from the hostess surprised all the guests) In general, a great place for a wedding or just a vacation) I recommend it!

We celebrated our birthday here) The atmosphere is simply magical, a large territory, there is a place to walk, Masha the cat and Jeff the dog meet the guests) The owners of the estate took on all the tasks of organizing, allowing us to relax and enjoy the holiday)) The food prepared by the hostess was simply delicious, all the guests were satisfied and delighted with such a great choice of place to celebrate 💖

A gorgeous and cozy manor! Great hosts Larisa and Victor. They greeted us (the guests), sensitive and attentive. A beautiful courtyard, several halls, billiards, sauna (but we weren't there, we just saw it).
At the meeting, the owners of usalba told us everything and showed us. It was very pleasant. A welcome buffet was waiting. Everything is beautifully decorated, and the cheese plates deserve special attention. They are useless. And the cheese balls with olives won me over.
I want to return to this estate.

I strongly advise against this place for recreation and even more so for events. The owner of the manor constantly watches the event, sits in a corner and looks after everyone. It prohibits listening to music loudly (and this is at 18:00 in the afternoon, not even after 23:00), the presenter had to constantly make music quieter, as the owner threatened to call the police. Because of this, the guests could not fully enjoy the holiday, and the parents of the bride and groom constantly had to figure it out and negotiate with the host. The attitude is very bad, although the staff is friendly and helpful.

выселены за территорию, так как вы нарушаете спокойствие жильцов соседних домов. Поэтому если вы хотите лечь спать в 23:00, то приезжайте. Наше торжество было остановлено в 23:00, что не было оговорено владельцем.
