In their app!!! Can you imagine?!)))) I signed up to be beautiful for my birthday! After I was outraged by the communication with the client and wrote a complaint, Irina refused to give me eyelash extensions!!! Can you imagine?! Having said that she is not interested in the rules and legislation that protects consumer rights, that she is self-employed and does not care)))) Well, I will deal with the issue of clarification for Irina, and the heads of this studio, so that they know how to communicate with clients! And that he is the law for everyone! And you can'T change prices at the click of a finger and deceive customers upon arrival at the studio! The amount is small, it's not the point, but how Irina behaved, there was not a word SORRY that it happened, but there was only indignation that I DID SOMETHING WRONG!!! Dear visitors, specify the cost yourself in advance, or they will make you so guilty that they raised the prices And spoil your mood and holiday)))

No one prescribes such detailed details anywhere and does not speak out in advance. I recommend avoiding it

Customer orientation nervously smokes on the sidelines. The masters have lunch, and then you breathe it for 2 hours. 40-50% of eyelashes fall out after a week. Gluing is generally a separate story. In my entire history of building up, it was the only time I was hurt.. the remover is so nuclear that it is impossible to open your eyes. During the build-up, the glue gets into your eyes, which subsequently means that you will walk with red eyes for about 2 more days. The idea is interesting, but very very incomplete.

The masters absolutely do not admit their mistakes, they stuck eyelashes on the eyelid without indentation and try to prove that they made perfect eyelashes, and it does not matter to them at all that your eyelashes will deteriorate after a while or your native eyelash may not even grow, because the artificial one will vomit when regrowing.To the last, they will claim that you have been given gorgeous eyelashes.It's just a terrible studio, they'll do better anywhere else and tell you to write if anything happens.Overpriced price, although it is better not to go for free.But yes, they do it quickly.

I do not recommend it. I went 2 times to different masters because it was urgent and my master could not. We were disappointed both times. The remover is kind of vigorous, the masters behave unprofessionally the first time they ate in front of me and sniffed the sausage the whole process, the second time when it was unpleasant for me, the master clucked that I was not lying still. I thought it would be fast, but 1 person makes it faster for me. And it's unpleasant when two people are breathing over you. The eyelashes were not made according to the scheme, it turned out to be very long and thick, two times the eyes are different. And they fall out in different ways: it falls out of one eye, the second one holds on. In short, the idea is interesting, but the quality and service leaves much to be desired. I have been building up my eyelashes continuously for 4 years, but this is the first time. 1. Of course, I was attracted by the 4-hand service, which, in theory, should be performed faster than the standard build-up by one master in two hands. But that was not the case. Two masters increased the time by 1 hour and 50 minutes. The volume is 2D. My master builds up eyelashes in 1 hour 20-30 minutes. 2. The remover literally corroded the mucous membrane of the eyes, to which I was told that this was normal and I needed to be patient and rub my eyes well. As a result, wild discomfort and burst blood vessels in both eyes. 3. The masters did not hesitate to whisper and say nasty things about their colleagues. Of the advantages: The effect turned out to be beautiful. How the eyelashes will manifest themselves over time is unclear and how long they will last, but definitely not a foot in this salon anymore. Burnt eyes are not worth it, and there is also no desire to listen to gossip and nastiness from some colleagues to others. Discuss this, girls, at least not in front of customers

One eye is generally well made, glues are visible on the other, some eyelashes stick out in different directions, and in one place it is glued so close that it is unclear whether it is glued to the eyelash or to the eyelid. in addition, there are questions about the quality of materials:the next day after the build-up, both eyes were reddened, one with a painful sensation. Yplaces also removes reviews with a mark less than 5. I absolutely do not recommend it.

After that, when they started to fall off, I saw a huge horror! There are only glues and there are no eyelashes left at all! Although, all my life I had thick beautiful eyelashes, before this hike. I left a review on their Instagram so that they would explain the reason to me, so they just blocked me!! Girls, I do not recommend this place if you want to leave your eyelashes!

Information about the services is presented incorrectly and misleads customers. I chose this "studio", although it was correct to call it a "training center", based on advertising in the IG, as they promised a quick build-up, and for me it is very valuable, besides, there was a choice of recording for the nearest date. In the recording window, when I selected the masters, the build-up time was indicated 1-1.5 hours. As a result, the usual 2d build-up with removal without any effects was done for 3 hours!!! In 4 hands! And these were the masters who took the courses a couple of days ago. I have nothing against novice masters, everyone started once. But the "salon" deceives customers by keeping silent about it. Clients expect a certain level and time for the procedure! In short, this is a terrible place and I don't recommend it to anyone! For those prices, you can go to a good proven master and increase it in 2 hours and without gluing. And here the owners only profit from the masters and the turnover of customers, deceiving them.

I visited the studio on the recommendation of a friend, and her friend advised her, I came and realized why everyone recommends coming here for eyelashes. I have complex eyes and usually the masters do not fill in all the eyelashes and the inner corners are always empty, but here the girls made me 3d with removal in an hour and a half, thick, smooth and beautiful, two identical eyes! I have never had such a 3d before from any master! I will definitely come again, thank you for your attentiveness and professionalism, I will also recommend you!

I saw an advertisement for the salon and decided that it was cool to reduce the build-up time. I went 1 time to the masters Anastasia and Valeria. She told me what I needed, and the girls started. Everything was fast, I liked it. As I was wearing them, I realized that they are worn quite differently, one eye is normal, the second is strange, this has never happened. But I thought it seemed. I decided to go 2 times to the masters more expensive, 2 Marinas, by the way 63p for 2d. I had no eyelashes at that time, they asked what I wanted, I answered. But I forgot to say about the bend, and no one asked me, they probably did it on their own... again, they did it quickly, I paid off, came home. I look, but the eyes are just different. One eye is twisted, the other is straight. I start writing to the manager in Viber, I throw off the video, they tell me you need to comb your hair normally, the eyes are the same. I didn't have time to swear and redo, I flew away on vacation. And here's a photo after 10 damn days of socks. Then everything became so obvious, and I could see it right away. One eye is thick and straight, the other is somewhat sparse and twisted. The manager assures me that this is a twisted bend with. But it is not. I do not advise at all, I stayed on vacation with different eyes.

Pros: two—handed masters make eyelashes quickly - in 1.5 hours. Studio in the center of Minsk. The duration of eyelash wear is 3-5 weeks, depending on the master. Minuses: 1. The quality of the materials leaves much to be desired: patches remain lumps on the eyelashes, the eyelashes themselves are "plastic" and thick. 2. The turnover of the masters, which is why you can't go to the masters who once did you well, because they leave and change to beginners. Although top masters with experience also mess up (this surprised me). 3. The quality of the work is mediocre. I went to different girls six times, and 4 times out of 6 something was wrong: then they did not check the gluing of eyelashes (they were in a hurry to get home) and the eye hurt, then they glued eyelashes on the eyelid (also discomfort), then the left and right eyes were done differently (one thicker), then they fell out quickly. 4. For me, this is a minus, but here it is subjective — the studio likes large volumes of 3-5-D and constantly persuades to make it fatter. Naturalness is not quoted among them. 5. The masters were taught to work with objections specifically. A remark like "one eye looks thicker than the other" is answered with "no, you can't say that." Or I say that the eye is uncomfortable, and they tell me that there are just cilia there, they say, my eyelashes are the problem, and not the work of the master. I do not recommend the studio if it is the quality that is important to you, not the speed of work.

The first thing that confused me was when the masters came into the office, they just asked "Are you here?", I replied "I do not know" The masters did not introduce themselves to me, they did not ask me my name and how to address me ( I do the eyelash extension procedure 2 times and I don't really understand the materials and compositions, but I warned the girls that I need natural. The first time I did 1d, now I say let's try 1.5d. I clarified whether it would be natural and suitable for me, whether it would be too thick, etc., they told me everything would be OK. She also warned me that my eyes are very sensitive. Next, I began to take off my old eyelashes, and at this stage I should have got up and left. Because something was inflicted on me, it became very hot, itchy, right up to the pain. It was very, very painful, tears were flowing, I even got up from the couch to wash my eyes off. Then they clarified thin eyelashes or thicker, I said I do not know how it would be better, as a result, they did not advise me anything and I decided on thin ones myself. They increased quickly, normally. Then, removing the tape, it hurt me too, I also said that. But when they brought me a mirror to see the result, I almost cried. These are thick, long, thick eyelashes. My request has not been fulfilled. I asked why it was so much and thick, they told me, well, you have your eyelashes thick… Why was I not told this at the consultation stage, which did not happen Why didn't they tell me that I wouldn't be able to do it naturally with 1.5d? I'm very upset. Next, I said that it was very unusual, huge and big, they told me to GET USED to it GET USED TO IT??!!!!!! Seriously? Is this a studio? There are no questions about the quality of work, because I don't really understand it yet, but questions about the service and the fact that the masters simply did not hear my request. I didn't tell them anything because I was confused and there was a client after me, and I didn't want to embarrass them and shout to take off this horror for me, so I'm writing to you. I think that the owners of this business have been working for a long time to develop it and it has flourished, and such masters in your studio simply ruin the accumulated experience over the years…
