Pay attention to the work of the guards, with a half-empty place where there were a lot of free tables, they said that there were no seats, fortunately we had booked , so even when we sat down, they asked about the reservation, after sitting almost until one o'clock at night, no one came to these tables, but more than half were free, 10-15 tables for sure, it was terribly unpleasant and we will not recommend this place to anyone anymore, and even more so we will come with guests👎

Scan the menu yourself (no problem, but...)They wanted to eat , well , at least have a beer - they didn 't offer , they didn 't come up for an hour Not once !!!! All the staff were on their phones and didn't pay attention to the guests.
To summarize : the work of the institution is a collective work .

We decided to visit this place because we were interested in the Texas barbecue.
We booked a table in advance. We made an order. At first, they brought only a teapot with tea, forgetting to bring a cup to it - I had to remind them. Next, from 600g of ordered meat, ~ 250-300g turned out to be inedible fat, which had to be picked out all evening in an exciting way. Well, the cherry on the cake was a piece of foil that I almost swallowed.
The waiter just spread his hands at our upset faces. I asked for a complaint book, but it wasn't there. The mood is spoiled, they went to another, proven restaurant to finally satisfy their hunger.
I am very sorry for the money and time spent.
Of course, we will not return here and we do not recommend it to anyone.
