I do not advise anyone to contact this organization. In the summer of 2022, the entrance doors were ordered in black. When ordering, it was agreed several times that the locks and all accessories would also be black. We signed the contract and made an advance payment. What we doubted was which way the door would open, so we were given a couple of days to think and call back. After a couple of days, I call, clarify the details and ask again: is everything going to be black for sure, are there no mistakes? The employee double-checks everything and it turns out that she made a mistake, counted something in chrome and we need to drive up and pay extra. OK, it doesn't happen to anyone, I think to myself how good it is that I clarified once again… About a month later, the door arrives at the warehouse, an employee calls me back and promises that in the near future the master will contact me and put me in the queue for installation. A week passes, not a word from the master. I'm calling myself, Mario was very surprised by my call, they promise that the master will call back. And this story repeats itself several times. Finally, the installer deigned to contact me. He said he was very busy, besides it was his birthday. In the end, they found free time to install my door in about a week. The door and handle are really black, but the cylindrical locks turned out to be chrome. Naturally, there were no apologies or suggestions to somehow resolve the issue. The door was put up, the door handle creaked. The epic of its replacement lasted about two months, longer than the manufacture of the door itself. At the same time, the master advised to seal the gap between the tiles on the floor and the door with a sealant, otherwise it may blow. In summer, this is not noticeable, but in winter it really feels. It is not clear why I should do this, and not the installation wizard. Before the new year, I called this company with a complaint, the girl promised to contact the master. Two months later, neither the administrator nor the master heard a word.
PS. I waited 2 weeks, no one called back. I typed it myself, asked to send a photo. It's been a week since I've been waiting for an answer. Everything is in the best traditions of Mario
