I visited an optometrist to update the prescription for glasses. As a result, the recipe turned out to be useless, I had to change the lenses (in new glasses) to the same ones I used before. The first problem of the clinic is that the staff works very negligently, passively. There were very few customers, but there was still a queue of them. Because the staff who performs diagnostics on the devices is not engaged in their work, but is constantly distracted. And he talks loudly in between. Why yell at each other across the hall? They will also not explain anything to you, explain why and what kind of verification they are conducting. Unless you ask yourself, you won't understand anything. It seems that they don't care at all whether you get a high-quality medical service or not. Service level 3/5. The oculist (I do not remember the man's name, unfortunately) is more adequate and attentive, but I also did not like it in terms of communication: I asked several times what astigmatism is and how it affects eyesight with glasses, but I did not get a clear answer. As a result, as I wrote, I had to abandon his recipe. It is a pity for the time and money spent on services in this clinic.
