I visited this station ONE HUNDRED and 1st kilometer on Kamenogorskaya 47 on 02/20/2021 about the noise and hum when driving a car. The Skoda Octavia A5 manual transmission car. There is a website for this service station. Which says the diagnosis of the manual transmission from 25p. I call, describe the problem, cheerfully answer "come, we will help." There are no questions, we recorded it and was on the lift at the appointed time. I was very interested in how the diagnosis of the manual transmission would take place, but the locksmith started by examining the suspension, what if there was a malfunction? Okay, I found a broken off spring tail, the hub seems to be making noise (in my opinion, uncritically, well, the master knows better) and the rear shock absorbers (cracked, but of course they do not relate to the hum). We made a calculation of the work and details. From now on, PAY ATTENTION. The SNR hub bearing, if ordered and purchased independently, costs 176-181 rubles. If the station orders, then its cost will be 208 rubles. Similarly, the anther / shock absorber bumpers are 38 by 44 rubles. But that's not even the point. The bottom line is that the station orders spare parts somewhere, adds a small margin, and then you buy the goods at the station (receipt, etc. everything is as it should be) and give them for repair. But there is NO GUARANTEE for the Customer's details!! Of course, no one will tell you this right away, you will think that if the station orders, then these are its details, but not! Yours! And this will be noted in the order order. Let's go back to the box. So what about the diagnosis? SO YOU NEED TO TAKE IT OFF FIRST!!!!! Pay for the removal and installation, and then for the diagnosis. No one will tell you this either, that the station cannot diagnose the manual transmission on a car, the main thing is to lure the client to the lift, and at least we will find an anther there. In fact, the hum remained, although a little less. Conclusion: the station is suitable for diagnosing a pronounced problem (for example, a spring is broken), a blurred type of hum on the move, they are unable to find, there is no equipment for this, no specialists. Secondly: we found out what kind of parts are needed, buy them yourself, it will be much cheaper, there will be no guarantee for the parts and liquids of the Customer. And so, it's easy to get there, in general, I didn't notice anything remarkable at this station, the most ordinary station, although the site is well designed.

As for communication, it is very good.We accepted and talked. But everything else ..... I drove the car to the lift - only to diagnose suspension and leaks before buying, we did not see the reason for the main concern: there was vibration on the body during acceleration, I told the specialist about it. They found a leak in the radiator, found the silent blocks of the rear suspension, and according to the classics, the discs with pads in the circle should be changed. 5 minutes after leaving the diagnostics, an error in the cooling system began to light up when warming up. A day later, a third-party service sentenced the suspension bearing of the half-axle (changed, the problem went away), there was no leak in the radiator, the system was sealed (based on the diagnostics of this service, I did a crimping, threw money down the drain), there were just traces of coolant after the recent replacement of the nozzle on it at the bottom. The sensor lights up now after each warm-up. Before that, I tested the car in different activity modes (city-mkad-about 100 km away) and the sensor did not light up. As a result, I got to replace the suspension, for absolutely unnecessary crimping, for the coolant sensor, which costs a lot of money for my car, because it is sold only in the original. I am very upset, to put it mildly, dissatisfied.

The receptionist said that the master is not there yet, allegedly some kind of drove off to the store, wait a bit. Well, OK, I drove the car into the box, unloaded the wheels, I'm waiting. I waited until 12.30, the master did not show up. During this time, no one even approached me, he himself approached the receptionists 2 times. As a result, the receptionist asked someone else to do the tire fitting. I waited another 10 minutes, no one came up. I went to the receptionist, and he tells me that the locksmith he asked refuses to change the wheels because I'm standing next to the car, he's shy, they say. I wasted 1.5 hours of time on these clowns. As a result, I loaded the wheels back and left for another tire service. To be fair, I note that the money for the promo code was returned from the cream. Before that, a smart tire fitter worked for them, he changed his shoes 5 times, there were no quality issues. Apparently it's different now.
