Good car service. Adult and competent employees with extensive work experience. I have been repairing cars of my company and my personal fleet here for more than 10 years (my car, my wife, parents and all my relatives come here). Everything is always solved without problems. There are no questions about terms and prices. Prices for services are always reasonable. And by definition, people should not work for free. And as you know, there are a lot of people who want to buy free cheese. :-) If they get to work, they will do everything efficiently and reliably. I always appreciate responsibility and quality in them, because safety is above all. Several options are always offered for spare parts, from the cheapest analogues (which are not recommended, and I myself never put cheap spare parts because it is not reliable and, as smart people know, "a miser pays twice"), to high-quality and premium brands. You have to pay for quality and peace of mind, because spare parts have recently become much more expensive (especially good and proven brands). After maintenance at this service station, the engine protection mounting screws were missing in the amount of 4 out of 6. Because of this, the rigidity of the entire structure was violated. Which caused, after driving through deep snow, a radiator failure. The snow pressed down on the engine protection, which was not fixed to all factory mounting points, and the protection, in turn, jumped out of the places where it should have been fixed, pressed down on the plastic structure above it. The plastic structure pressed on the "TV", which in turn, unable to withstand the load, cracked, hit the radiator and the side plastic part of the radiator, in the area of its attachment, burst and all the antifreeze at the moment was on the ground. Because of the 4 screws that I was too lazy to tighten, or I decided that they were not needed here, or I lost the "specialist," as a result, I got to repair more than 500 rubles. not counting tow truck services. And the "specialist" twisted the wheels with such force that when trying to unscrew the wheel, 2 cylinder keys were broken, but the wheel was never unscrewed. Now you have to go to a place where there is a pneumatic special tool. And hope that they can unscrew the wheel mounting screws without damaging them.

It's a pity that you can't put zero stars!!! The worst is one hundred! The administration is not interested in its customers in any way and allows itself a boorish attitude! I changed the antifreeze, in fact, they almost put the engine down! Well how? This is not the first time I have written this review and I have never posted it! Maybe this time they'll be lucky and place it so that people know that you can't trust your car for this one hundred percent!

Boorish attitude, prices are above average, I had to redo their work myself, the money was not returned. After talking, there were questions about the knowledge of the device of the car by both employees and management.. I highly recommend it if you want to put the engine on. It is not clear where the positive feedback can come from.

It was necessary to make sure that the ABS sensor on the Lexus IS was defective, while which sensor was known in advance, I checked it on the computer the day before. To ring the cables to the sensor and to the unit, because the sensor itself is very expensive and custom-made. THAT's IT. I called, described the problem and the task - they said - no question, bring it. On the same day, they could not check, they began to "treat" about incomplete software from them, and that they were downloading something there. The next day after 11:00, when asked how much longer you can pull the rubber and whether the highway is ringing, they said that come and pick up the car. I arrived, took it away - to the question why they didn't immediately say that they couldn't do anything - the answer is: so we don't charge you money. Fine, but the time spent? But the apotheosis of all this turned out to be the broken body of the ignition key. "And that's what you had!"! Yes, there wasn't a single screw in the key that held the lids together, but they were INTACT!!! And they returned my snot. No car acceptance papers, nothing. The cost of the key case is 320 thousand!! The MOST DISGUSTING attitude and lack of the slightest qualification!!! If people don't know how to use the tester...
