I asked for sunburn ointment - they gave it to me. Upon arrival home after application, a severe burning sensation began. I decided to read the instructions, in which I read THAT IT SHOULD NOT BE APPLIED TO SUNBURN (written in plain text). I don't know if it was an accident or not the pharmacist's competence, but instead of solving the problem, they helped me make it worse. I understand that the pharmacist is not a doctor, but if, instead of advice, they told me that they did not know how to help me, it would be much better.
P.S. Initially I asked for panthenol or its ANALOGUE, but the antiseptic Depantol was sold.

A good pharmacy! Inexpensive medicines are also available, the list is also encouraging. But the most important thing is that good salesmen, pharmacists, are responsive. They can help in a difficult moment by choosing a medicine. And this is very important!
