Staff service can sometimes upset you by having to stand in line, as it is difficult for a very friendly Olga to cope with all the visitors alone during rush hour. There are always napkins after my previous review. Hot dishes are not always hot. However, when you ask, they heat it up. The main thing would be to know that they are not hot.....
