All the teeth would seem to be in excellent condition, but in two of them there are black spots under the filling, huge caries (that is, the doctor did not clean the caries and just stuck a seal on top), the dentist, instead of constantly chatting with his assistant, would have done better to clean the carious cavity efficiently, and not to mold fillings on top of the caries.
