I cannot share the general admiration for Dr. Rybakovich. He refused to remove my wisdom tooth even before he looked at the pictures (which, by the way, were not made qualitatively in the same clinic), referring to the complexity of the case. I think I just didn't want to waste time on a patient who came to an appointment through an appointment at the registry. The doctor of the Regional Hospital, which I went to later, did not see anything difficult in my case after the X-ray. The tooth was safely removed at another clinic in the city of Moscow.

I was at Krasovskai's reception. At the entrance to the office, she was rude about outerwear from the threshold, without hearing the answer that it was just a trowel, she kicked me out to take it to the wardrobe! I already wanted to leave, but I really needed to heal the caries, since it was in the front. It would be better if she left, after a week and a half a piece of the seal fell off and now cuts her tongue. Of course I won't go there anymore. It was the first time I was there and certainly the last!!!

If you are afraid to remove a tooth and trust few people with this complex process, then you should go to the surgeon Peter Rybakovich! The surgeon is from God! A professional in his field! I removed a wisdom tooth about ten years ago, and a six that crumbled under the crown a couple of days ago. Then and now, his work aroused admiration and gratitude: he performed anesthesia clearly, painlessly, removed it after a couple of minutes, no pain. I like it when the doctor talks about what he will do and how. His sense of humor is captivating. He does his job flawlessly. The nurse is also in her place: no fuss and unnecessary movements. This time I left his office with a smile on my face, and this is not euphoria after the fear of removal. The only disadvantage is that in order to get to this magnificent surgeon, I had to come for a coupon at 6.30, but it's worth it, already at 6.50 people gathered to him in order. Uhhh didn't even bother to register in order to leave a laudatory review of the registry's work. Coupons are issued on hand (you can't sign up by phone) you arrive like this at 7:30 at the time of issuing coupons, you find out that there is no 2nd shift (the doctor is on vacation (yes, it was his own fault he could have called to find out)you order for what you have at 9 a.m., but someone didn't let you go from work)) . You call the boss like this and so at 9 p.m. he kind of lets everything go normally. But after 30 minutes you are informed that there will be no reception, since I was in the building, and if I had come to the reception at 9? So the question arose: is everything okay there? I do not envy people who turn to you for acute pain. There are no questions, surgery is good, you treat your teeth not badly (but the price tag is good), but this dynamo with the reception spoils the whole picture. As a result, 2 hours of working time and zero results.

The administration's terrible job. I had to get to the surgeon. At 8 a.m., I called to find out if the doctor was taking it. They said he accepts coupons out of 15 coupons, 10 have already been distributed. My tooth hurts, I need to see a doctor urgently. I call a taxi, fly to the clinic, take a ticket, and then they tell me to "take a queue." In my understanding, if you give a coupon, then it indicates the time at which the doctor will see me, otherwise why do I need a coupon? And so from 9 to 13, with coupons in our hands, we sit waiting for the reception. I'm already silent about respect for people, where is the adequacy of the administration at all? Is this a way to prevent a viral infection, to herd people into one room and marinate them there for 4 hours? Or is it a way to discourage unnecessary customers?
