We visited Stories City Cafe, and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere of the place is incredibly cozy, stylish interior, pleasant music – you really want to relax and enjoy the evening here.
The staff is polite and attentive, always ready to help with the choice. The cuisine is beyond praise! The dishes are not only beautifully served, but also incredibly delicious.
I would like to mention hookahs separately – they are at the highest level here! A wide range of flavors, competent hookah makers who know how to make smoky, fragrant and rich hookah. It works perfectly, it doesn't taste bitter, it stretches easily – it's just a pleasure!
If you are looking for a place with excellent cuisine, atmosphere and high–quality hookahs - Stories City Cafe is definitely worth a visit! We will definitely come back again!

It is very average, the food is carried for a long time, the service is poor, they could not find paper menus, they asked to scan QR.
The prices are quite high, while the entire menu also has +20% service (except breakfast)
They didn't bring maple syrup to the pancakes, then they started to prove that it shouldn't be there. We asked for the menu and showed that it was there. They said the menu is old)
The food is not the worst, but not wow. Coffee is also average.
I don't understand at all how this institution got 5.0 grades. The reviews seem to be screwed up.

I ordered and paid for the order and booked the table before arrival, 6 times I asked for the paid food from the waiters and hostesses for an HOUR and a HALF. I really liked the atmosphere, the kitchen is the best, but everything is spoiled by the staff who are not competent in their work. no one met us, then they tried to catch the waiter for a long time, ordered pasta and twice clarified that dessert would be brought to me after eating. as a result: tea was brought without sugar and without lemon, although we asked for tea with lemon and sugar, we also forgot about dessert. I reminded him about it, they still didn't bring it even after 25-30 minutes. I went down to the cashier to ask for the bill and asked to remove the dessert from it, to which they replied that it was almost ready and I had to stand and wait until it was put with me.

We were at this establishment and were disappointed with the service. Most likely, the reviews are hyped, because the attitude of the staff towards the guests leaves much to be desired.
I had to go to the bar several times in search of our waiter, but most of the time he was not there.
I don't recommend this place to anyone. It is better to visit the Franklin restaurant, the two establishments have a common menu, but the service there is at a good level.

If you objectively evaluate this institution, then a lot of questions arise in the process:
1. Why is the cafe staff dressed in everything from sweaters to miniskirts and shorts? Enter a uniform dress code, pliz.
2. Why is the service fee 20% (this fee freezes me out in general, but in the places of applicants, especially!), and the waiter / hostess or who it is (it is unclear from the clothes), you need to remind the request to bring a vase for flowers three times??
And why are the waiters not trained to offer this vase on their own?! These are the basics of the service!
3. The dishes are absolutely ordinary at least, but somewhere they deviate from traditional recipes for the worse (for example, sour fo bo!, which by the way is not stated in the menu as sour!). You either declare immediately so as not to take it, or find a normal recipe already.
4. Well, the crown, the lamps in the toilets. Tall men will have to bend over so as not to hit their heads or burn off their hair.
In conclusion, I would like to emphasize once again: 10 waiters / hostesses loitering around and still do not understand who, at an almost empty restaurant, who do not rush to the visitor, but communicate pleasantly behind the bar, raises a reasonable question - why 20% of the service fee?

Just a month ago, I was delighted with the place (despite the bad hood), everything was fine: staff, service, interior (of course), food.
The last 2 times I was very upset with the service. I do not know what happened, but the waiters began to come every half hour. The food takes a wildly long time to cook. I could have sinned against the workload during Iftar, but today we arrived at about 00:30, almost no one was in the institution, as a result, we waited again for half an hour when the order was accepted. Moreover, the waiter accepted the order with a slight hint of passive aggression, sarcastically after each selected position.
And after we asked for the bill, as soon as the ordered desserts were served, he asked: "is it now to pick up the bill or come back later?" Damn, they just brought the food, what kind of question is that?! As a result, he stood at the table and stared into his wallet while counting the money.
To put it mildly, I am shocked by what happened to the service. I would have given 1 star if it wasn't for the interior and the food
