A store of counterfeit products and fakes, which are called "replicas" here. Electronics, and in particular phones and headphones, are quite cheap, but in fact they are either fake or used. I took Samsung wireless headphones, the sound is terrible when checking. The seller's answer is that they forgot to tell you that this is a replica. An iPhone labeled CPO, which in reality means "Certified used", according to the seller is not activated, although if it is a real CPO it should be activated. So they sell used left-hand phones. Given the cheapness of many goods, I assume this is the situation with everyone.

They sell low-quality Chinese junk. We made purchases in this store three times, all three times the purchased goods did not "live up" to the end of the warranty period. Now we are trying to "get the truth" about the purchased Dunobil DVR. We bought it on 07/14/2018, since then we have given it three times under warranty for repair. Technical faults were recognized and repaired. Upon return from repair after 1-2 weeks, the malfunctions were repeated. The sales department intentionally provides false information regarding the terms of warranty repairs and the conditions for recognizing the product as defective. From deplorable experience: I strongly advise against buying anything here.

There is no talk of a voluntary refund of funds in principle. Judicial protection as a solution to the problem is always relevant, which we plan to use.
