To begin with, we turned out to be no ordinary customer. First, we signed up for cat sterilization, then we canceled the appointment on the day of sterilization, and we signed up again on the same day. It would seem that there is no telling what to expect from the client...
the vet clinic starts with the administrator. In our case, it turned out to be Vasilisa Kissuenko, who showed herself to be a polite person during that short conversation. Companies teach customers to smile, but many forget about the main thing. The main thing was the sincerity that could be read in Vasilisa's eyes. It was also a pleasant surprise to receive a call the next day to find out if our cat was doing well after the operation. And of course, I want to thank Dr. Nina Valeryevna Rudobelets for her professionalism, and from the very first minutes I believed that we were (briefly) putting the cat in good hands...

I would like to thank Dr. Alexey Akhremchik for the appointments and manipulations that helped my cat with the problem of coprostasis. We had an appointment on 12/29/24. I recommend this doctor to everyone! A very pleasant and knowledgeable receptionist who worked that day, it was a pleasure to chat with her.
