I applied for termination of service. I was told that I have to pay even if I don't use the intercom. Information is available in open sources that with such an application, the apartment number is simply blocked on the door intercom, and dismantling the tube is optional (depending on the installation conditions, i.e. whether it was purchased by the tenant or not). The operator kept repeating to me that they don't disable anything and I have to pay!
