Consultation Studio administration-0 no. All the information needs to be extracted, they can't tell you anything themselves - they can offer it. We paid in advance for almost 2 months of booking, the price included 2 floors of all photo zones + provision of a slide of champagne - (included in the cost package). On the day of the match. the photo shoot was not provided with a slide of champagne, since they did not remind themselves, then they pretended that this was how it should be. The receptionist girl who is in the studio and the other one who communicates in the telegram are not polite, respond to whatever, are not set up to attract customers.I do not recommend it for a wedding photo shoot - they are not responsible.

if you want to enjoy a photo shoot, then this is definitely not the place for you!choose another photo studio. here, the customer orientation is 0. the staff are not welcome here and are terribly rude (specifically, the administrator Fariza). the mood was spoiled, the feeling of celebration disappeared. be very careful with the payment. instead of 2 hours of shooting, they sold us an hour, but in 2 locations. since there is a 100% prepayment, they did not want to figure out the situation, because the money from the client has already been received. the interior is really beautiful, but a beautiful picture is worthless when such a terrible attitude towards the client.

The photo zones in the studio are not separated, which prevents you from taking photos more common than the average plan, without capturing people in the frame by phonemes from the neighboring photo zone.
The decor is good, the staff is too, everything seems to be OK. But the problem is primarily in the architecture of the studio.
