We decided to book an apartment (there were 4 of us, one of whom was a couple) for 3 nights, a week before arrival. As a result, the day before our arrival, the receptionist cancelled the reservation, because we asked to add one bed. Then they put us in this apartment, to say that we were shocked is to say nothing. Of the advantages: located in the center, 2nd floor, there is a heater, hair dryer, iron, etc. Of the minuses: the door to the bathroom does not close (and by the way it is broken a little), there is no air conditioner (stated on the website), the window sill is broken, the windows overlook the road, and there is no sound insulation, it has a sofa, but as the maid told us "broken", the hood does not work, some lamps are burnt out, one comfort in the stove it doesn't work either, there is mold in the bathroom. THE MOST IMPORTANT DISADVANTAGE IS BEDBUGS! One of us was bitten by bedbugs, we thought it was an allergy, but since two of us are doctors, we immediately identified it. And by the way, one of us is allergic to bedbugs, we thought we were sick because we were constantly sneezing, but that was not the case. Alas, the impressions are not pleasant. But within two hours, after finding the bedbugs, we were moved to another room.

They use this scheme: I booked a great one on the Island (pictured)a modern apartment. A few hours before check-in, the agent calls and says that the water is turned off throughout the house for a long time, it is impossible to check in. July is high season, there are no vacant apartments. But the agent offers a "good" apartment "just for you", but more expensive. As a result, we were forced to move into a crappy old apartment with a musty smell for inadequate money.
