Today, she threw a tantrum at another client in front of me - she said that he could change the master if something did not suit him, in response to his wishes for a haircut. At the same time, during the haircut, she washed the client's hair so much that he stood and wiped the water from his ears. She cuts her hair and walks around with an ever-displeased look - it's disgusting, not feminine and not professional! If a person has psychological problems, they need to be treated, not taken out on clients! Because of this master, it is not pleasant to come to you. The worst hairdresser in Minsk! I should have never looked at the reviews. I visited Natalia Azarenka's master two years ago. She had a terrible haircut then, but I sincerely believed that a person had learned to cut hair in two years. Today I asked her to remove 2 cm of length. She got a haircut in a hurry. Already during the drying process, it became clear that something was wrong. In front, the right and left sides differed in length by 2 cm (!!!!), while in general, the edge of the hair was uneven, with bald spots. How? How do you do it, Natalia?? I asked the administrator to call another wizard to fix all this horror. Total: minus 10 cm of length and minus two and a half hours of time, taking into account the fact that I asked the second master not to style my hair, but just to dry it (you know, in the end it turned out better than Natalia's styling). In my understanding, when a service is rendered so poorly, it should be free, or have a purely symbolic payment. As a result, they gave me a discount of 5p. (the total cost is 45p.) At the same time, the administrator, instead of apologizing, ran over me and said that the service had been rendered. Seriously? And if a person comes to remove a wart on his finger, and the doctor cuts off his finger. In that case, the service has also been rendered... And yes, when I asked for the complaint book, I was very offended. And all the time I was writing, the receptionist was pouting... I urge you, girls, women, take care of your nerves, money and time, avoid this barbershop🙏
