We would like to express our gratitude to the entire Repair Studio team for a very fast and most importantly HIGH-quality turnkey renovation of our two-room apartment in a new building. The repair had to be done in a maximum of 4 months, the guys coped even faster.The team was chosen for a long time, they went to different sites, and they were not afraid to entrust their precious meters to this one.Igor accompanied us throughout the stage, advised and listened to our whims, sometimes even managed to convince us and we were satisfied with the result of his suggestions. And they even met us halfway, agreed to make repairs in installments, which was very gratifying, since repairs had to be done as soon as possible, and finances did not fully allow it. We will entrust the next repair only to this professional team.

I want to share my opinion about the work of the Repair Studio and its owner Igor B., whom we contacted on our own. Let's start with the designers. We ordered an apartment design project from them. Two designers worked on the project, periodically disappeared from sight, we had to wait all the time. We made a significant mistake with the dimensions, which resulted in an overlay with curtains and furniture. This point became clear almost at the very end. When they pointed out the problem, they received neither apologies nor any solutions. Instead, they got into an altercation with us, escalated the conflict, and when I called their project outright "nonsense", they broke the contract with us. Although, according to the contract, the Repair Studio was obliged to give us a turnkey apartment renovation. During the repair process, another situation arose that simply does not fit into my head. When a client enters into a contract with a contractor, it should not concern his relationship with the workers. While working with the tiles, a tiler contacted us, he alarmed all the neighbors to find our phone. It turned out that Igor B., his employer, had screwed up something with the salary payment. The tiler asked us to influence Igor on salary issues. When I contacted Igor, he drove me away, saying why do we allow ourselves to talk about the amounts we pay him for his work, although we did not tell anything. Further, it turned out that due to the conflict with the tiler, Igor changed the lock in the apartment door, as he was worried about the safety of our property, which he forgot to tell us about. As a result, the lock was changed in the new door, which was still under warranty, without our knowledge, we did not have a key, only indignation remained. After Igor broke the contract with us, he left unfinished repairs, garbage on the balcony and a lot of negativity, does not give out the contacts of the air conditioners who laid communications. I don't recommend contacting him. In addition, this man behaves very boorishly, it seems that he does not work for us, but we work for him. If you want to get problems for your money and an unpleasant person and inflated prices for turnkey work and allegedly with a big discount, then you should go to the Repair Studio! If you still decide, then always check the receipts and their commercial offers, in fact everything is much more expensive, for example, the ceiling on their recommendation was $ 500 more expensive.

After signing the contract, the guys immediately started working. At work, it was not possible to constantly monitor the work done, go to the apartment to clarify any nuances, go shopping, take deliveries. But this was not necessary, all the points were promptly discussed in Viber, photo reports were sent, all purchases and acceptance of deliveries were carried out by the company. Each completed stage of work was supported by an act and receipts for all purchased materials. In general, I was completely satisfied with the repair.
