Excellent modern hotel. Stylish design, spacious rooms, polite and attentive staff. Good breakfasts with a large selection of meze, pastries, fresh vegetables and fruits.
Nearby, just to the right of the entrance, there is an excellent cafe with local cuisine.

On the day of arrival, there was a terrible smell of sewage in the room. Then the smell disappeared, but during the week that we stayed at the hotel, it periodically appeared. The state of repair has not been monitored, it feels like, since the opening – although the design is not bad, but all the furniture is already quite worn out. The towels are washed, with holes in places. The view from our room was of the neighboring building and the parking lot. Among the advantages – sociable staff, delicious breakfast (you had to go to a nearby hotel belonging to the same chain, but it looked much better), location (2 minutes to the tram stop, but not close to the metro station), daily cleaning. Translated into rubles, the hotel cost 10 thousand rubles per night. For such money, I would like more pleasant conditions, I do not recommend the hotel.
