We were in late October and early November. Pools without heating. Very cold. There is only one heated pool near the spa area. From 01.11, the entire infrastructure was shut down, the bar on the pier was closed, and the food court on the street was also closed. There was almost no animation or people. The sun beds and umbrellas were removed from the beach. The sea was good, we swam only in the sea. It was hot during the day, and in the evening we wore jackets and scarves. The mir card is accepted on site. There is nothing near the hotel. It's a long way to the shops. I would like to add that the hotel's services were used as guests, without accommodation. We lived in the nearby Sueno Golf Hotel, located nearby. All guests of these hotels can use the common area.

The hotel is large, there are many vacationers, but somehow everything is so cleverly organized that there is no pandemonium anywhere. A huge main restaurant with four halls, a varied menu for every taste. The children's club is open until 24 hours. Every evening there are various performances in the amphitheater - for 10 days of our rest there was not a single repeat. Alcohol is imported. There are several Ala-kart restaurants. I definitely recommend the hotel for a vacation

I am currently staying at this hotel. Beautiful large area, lobby, design in the hotel. You can use the territory of the golf hotel of this chain, there are unrealistically beautiful landscapes. Having breakfast with a view of the field and the lake is a pleasure!! The sea is good and clean. The views are great! That's where the advantages end. The food and service are much lower than our expectations, there is something to compare with (Rixos and Mardan Palace, at least). The rooms are also tired, although we must pay tribute to us when we arrived, we upgraded to a room with a sea view. This saved the situation in many ways!
