The tourists are mostly Turks and foreigners.
We were in late October and early November. Pools without heating. Very cold. There is only one heated pool near the spa area.
From 01.11, the entire infrastructure was shut down, the bar on the pier was closed, and the food court on the street was also closed. There was almost no animation or people. The sun beds and umbrellas were removed from the beach.
The sea was good, we swam only in the sea.
It was hot during the day, and in the evening we wore jackets and scarves.
The mir card is accepted on site.
There is nothing near the hotel. It's a long way to the shops.
I would like to add that the hotel's services were used as guests, without accommodation. We lived in the nearby Sueno Golf Hotel, located nearby. All guests of these hotels can use the common area.

I am currently staying at this hotel.
Beautiful large area, lobby, design in the hotel. You can use the territory of the golf hotel of this chain, there are unrealistically beautiful landscapes. Having breakfast with a view of the field and the lake is a pleasure!!
The sea is good and clean.
The views are great!
That's where the advantages end.
The food and service are much lower than our expectations, there is something to compare with (Rixos and Mardan Palace, at least).
The rooms are also tired, although we must pay tribute to us when we arrived, we upgraded to a room with a sea view. This saved the situation in many ways!

We are currently resting at the hotel. The territory is large, well-groomed , beautiful during the day and especially at night. Everything is as in the photo! The staff are hardworking and friendly. The food is delicious and not bland, there is a separate children's area. Freshly squeezed juices are not from vending machines similar to powder "Yupiy" (( A very beautiful food court, where there is everything or almost everything. The bar and music on the pier are very convenient. The room has everything you need: a bathrobe, gel, shampoo, body milk, soap, toothbrush and paste, a shaving machine and foam, ear sticks, cotton pads, a cap and even a hair band, a clipper, a spatula and a nail file. A separate respect for the iron and ironing board. Oh, yes, a sewing kit. Cons if you count them as cons, this show is boring, monotonous, more for children. There are Yoga classes, step Aerobics and Zumba classes. The hotel keeps its 5 * on the beach there are even sunbeds for the disabled there are no words , only emotions . In general, great fellows! We stayed at this hotel from July 27 to August 10 with a large company consisting of people of different ages (children, teenagers, adults). And I decided to leave an honest review anyway.
We have something to compare with, we have been to many 5* hotels in Turkey, such as Rixos, Gloria, Ella, etc.
Let's start with the pros: Large rooms (also a tip, take rooms with a view of the golf course, as there will be no noise of the evening disco and it will be comfortable to sleep), good cleaning in the rooms, a large selection of dishes (a large selection of meat and fish), a large outdoor kitchen by the pool with burgers and fast food (which is crazy our children liked it), delicious desserts and pastries, drinks in bars are also very tasty. there are many pools, a large water park with various slides (although one slide was under repair during the entire vacation), the entrance to the sea is very convenient, and it will be easy for those who swim poorly, since the depth is far from the shore. They provide an iron and ironing board, a toothbrush and all the necessary personal hygiene supplies, laundry is not expensive. The hotel inside is also quite beautiful, a chic staircase from -1 to the 1st floor, and a cool boat in the building with tables.
Minuses:
1)The main disadvantage for us was the main restaurant. The entire buffet is in length, not in width, as is usually the case. Because of this, it is as inconvenient as possible, since a lot of people bump into each other, interfere, and you feel like you are not in a 5 * hotel, but in the Moscow metro. Heated lamps were hanging over each dish, which caused everyone to burn their fingers, drop plates, and if someone touches you a little bit, expect a burn. Also, all the dishes were as close to each other as possible, which made us feel uncomfortable, we had to stick our heads in to get ourselves a meal. There are too many people in the hotel, and you feel it as much as possible at breakfast, lunch and especially at dinner. I even had to stand in queues to take some dishes. Of the food - salads and dishes without meat were not tasty, shrimp and sushi could not be cooked at all, and it was impossible to eat it. The main restaurant also had 5 halls. Expect that only in 1 hall you will be more or less comfortable, since in the other halls there are powerful air conditioners and it is impossible to sit there. Also, while you're eating, your head starts to burst from the hum of people, the screams of children (we love children madly, and this is not a preconceived opinion), and you can't eat in peace and want to run away from there as soon as possible. Also, what we didn't like very much was that we could take drinks in all hotels, both ourselves in vending machines, in refrigerators, etc., and make orders from waiters, you can only order from waiters right there. There are clearly not enough waiters, only one waiter works for 20 tables (or even more) and you have to wait for drinks for 30 minutes, or you won't wait at all. It even becomes a pity for the waiters, as they are torn apart and sometimes even forget who they are carrying the order to.
I repeat, there are a lot of people, and if you come 30 minutes later, then get ready to see that all the tables are already dirty or occupied, they do not have time to clean, you will start looking for a clean fork, knife, etc.
They also cooked kutabs with greens and meat on the street from 12, but they had to stand in line in the heat for 30 minutes to get the coveted portion.
2) Beach: The beach is insanely dirty, I have not seen such dirty beaches in hotels in Turkey for a long time, one young guy works on the whole beach, who clearly does not have time. You will not see any service on the beach, although many 5* hotels have long had waiters on the beach.
The pier is small and not well maintained, they do not clean, the bar does not work after 21:00.
3)Swimming pool: The pools are very large, but even they cannot accommodate all the guests. The hotel is aimed at tourists from Azerbaijan, Iran and there were also many local vacationers. They all hang out by the pool from 8 a.m., they are very rare at sea (but there are few people on the beach), which is why the pool is always dirty, no one has time to clean up after them. Also, it is always noisy in the pools and few people want to swim in the sun, and there is not enough room in the shade.
Also, the system of issuing towels by cards, although I already thought that this system has long been gone from 5* hotels in Turkey and it is not as convenient as possible.
4)Rooms: the rooms have very noisy air conditioning and refrigerator. The air conditioner is so noisy that it already starts to irritate, but it is impossible without it. Also, cosmetics did not suit us (perhaps it was for us personally), but the hair was insanely tough, although the cosmetics were premium.
5) Mini bar: we lived in 3 rooms on the same floor, and for some reason water and a mini bar were brought to one room, there was no other, we had to call almost 3-4 times to bring water and drinks to us.
6) Animation: the animation is average, the animators had fun on their own, did not invite (and they are almost invisible). If you're lying by the sea, you won't even know what's going on by the pool. Concerts are designed only for local people, famous Turkish artists are invited. It's not interesting for Russian speakers at all. Also, if you want to go to a concert, you need to book tables in advance, but hardly anyone will tell you about it, it was a surprise for us. The disco is very boring, usually the animators invite you to dance, have fun, there was no such thing. One or two dancing people and that's it. It all took place in a very small space on the street, where the speakers were screaming very loudly. For children, the animation was weak, the kids' club is not super interesting, but they have their own amusement park, but unfortunately, for a separate surcharge.
7) Elevators: The hotel is 7 storeys high and the load on the elevators is very high, and it is immediately visible. In 2 weeks, we saw them repaired several times, and once we heard how people got stuck. And also a teenager from our company got stuck in an elevator, which rolled and staggered around the floors and did not stop for a while. Well, entertainment is such a thing when you relax in a 5* hotel.
*I also wanted to mention the ala-kart restaurants, they are paid here - 10€. From the beginning, we were very upset and surprised, since they are usually free for the first visit, but then we decided to go and celebrate the child's birthday anyway. And we didn't regret a bit, the Italian cuisine restaurant is excellent, super tasty, for 10€ you can order anything and in any quantity. And in this restaurant we were finally able to eat quietly and in silence. The table was beautifully decorated for us and the child was perfectly congratulated!
Bottom line: the hotel is very average for the price, and we have something to compare it with. After reading the praised reviews, we expected more, but in the end we were disappointed. Whether we recommend it or not, the hotel is clearly not for tourists from Russia.

Vacationed with my son at the hotel next to Sueno in July 2024. We decided to choose Sueno for our next vacation, as the sounds of outdoor activities and cheerful music could be heard from there from morning to evening. I wrote to the hotel that I plan to spend my next vacation here and ask them to arrange a meeting in order to get to know the hotel. The guest service has sent a REFUSAL. The hotel is ready to receive guests who have paid for their vacation in Sueno, but is not ready to show themselves in order for the guest to make a decision about staying here.
The refusal to get acquainted with the hotel showed me the face of Sueno. And I didn't like it. We chose another hotel where guests are welcome even before their money drops into the hotel account.

We had a rest at the end of May 2024.
The impression is ambiguous, at first everything seems to be fine, delicious food, friendly staff, smiling, but poorly understood. Beautiful views, calm.
The rooms are old, they are poorly cleaned, or maybe they are not cleaned, it is not noticeable that they are vacuumed, they do not wash the balcony for sure. We had a big good balcony, but on the 4th day of rest they hung big flags and covered the whole view and fresh air, breathed a tarpaulin basking in the sun, promised to clean it, but no one decided anything, there is no respect for the guests at all.
The air conditioner flows directly onto the floor, there is an eternal puddle at the entrance to the room, too, the issue has not been resolved.
The curtains are not blackout, this is the first time I've seen this, the sun wakes up early.
There are only two sockets for the whole room, for the kettle and by the bed. That's it!
At first, the shuttle to deluxe went often, then less and less often, we had to wait a long time.
More people arrived, the service deteriorated sharply, the smiles disappeared from the staff.
In the evening, golfers gather in the lobby and scream half the night.

We rested in this hotel in room 7210 (top floor, good mountain view) in the period from 12/28/2013 to 07.01.24. It is worth understanding that at this time absolutely the entire summer infrastructure is not functioning and even the summer pools are completely drained, which causes oppressive despondency and a feeling of abandonment. Although in other hotels, the summer pools work normally in winter, although not all are heated. It is immediately clear that they are trying to save as much as possible on everything, because the occupancy rate of the hotel was no more than 10%.
Next, I will talk exclusively about the winter concept and related impressions. There will be a lot of text.
Positive:
+ Food. In this regard, I was pleasantly surprised, because even in the more expensive hotels in Belek, we constantly faced a situation when there seemed to be a lot of everything, but in fact there was nothing to eat, because everything was bland / rubbery / tasteless. I won't say that there was a very diverse food here, in fact the menu was about the same day after day, but there were always 5-10 dishes that were delicious. Also, I was amazed by the taste of sushi, even despite their simplicity. Respect here, no questions asked.
+ Large areas/spaces. Everything is designed on a grand scale and I attribute this point in advance to the advantages with an eye to the summer concept, because if everything works, it will have a positive effect on your vacation. Although still in some locations (spa, for example) it was possible to design more thoughtfully in order to use the empty space much more efficiently.
+ Polite staff.
Minuses:
- The quality of cleaning/service. Every day we faced the situation that during cleaning we forgot to put an additional set (towels/slippers / bathrobes) on the child and had to call for it all to be brought. It happened several times that no gels/shampoos were put in at all. And it would be fine if they brought it within 15 minutes (as it happened in other hotels), it's not difficult to call me, but when you have to call 3-4 times and in the end they bring it only after an hour, and you sit and wait all this time, because you can't go to the shower after the pool, then it's disgusting the level of service. The most amazing thing is that the hotel is empty, then I can't even imagine what happens to the efficiency of the service during the season. Although I can assume that the hotel decided to save money on this and does not take half of the staff to work in winter, they say it will do anyway.
- Mini-bar. As soon as we arrived, we were immediately informed that the mini-bar was not working (all drinks in it were warm). Naturally, only an hour later a technician comes to us and says that the problem is in the sensor, twisted something there and said that everything will work soon. As a result, nothing worked, I spat and did not continue to deal with this mini-bar and just put the drinks on the balcony, they managed to cool down well there overnight.
- There is nowhere to eat outside the restaurant hours. It's kind of surreal. Opening hours of the main restaurant: 7-11, 12:30-14:30, 19-21:30, 23-01 + from 14 to 16, you can eat something in an Italian restaurant (but they don't even give you French fries to take away). And if you want to have a snack during the period when restaurants are not open, then you will not succeed. When asked where, according to the UAI system, you can still eat at the hotel when the restaurants are closed, they offer to go to the buffet, in which, in fact, you will find only two/ three types of sandwiches (in dry water) and a ton of various sweets (chocolate / cakes, etc.). No minimum set of hot snacks (French fries, pizzas and so on) there is no trace. Why, with such huge areas, not to allocate a small area and make 24/7 cooking of this kind of snack in winter has remained a mystery to me. This is provided in all hotels according to the UAI system, but here they decided not to worry. Even here they managed to save money.
- Gala dinner (New Year's Eve celebration). It was held in a conference room, and a separate adjacent conference room with fast food and animators was allocated for children. As for the dishes in the main conference room, they were nothing. Absolutely tasteless. Compared to eating at a regular time in a restaurant, it feels like the dishes at the gala dinner were just taken from the afternoon lunch, all the same food was only served for each table, and it was difficult to eat hot dishes at all. The animation was restrained and boring, the atmosphere was very formal and many were bored (only singing). For those who smoke, a mini-disco with a DJ at the console was organized nearby when going outside, it was more cheerful there and many spent time there, since the weather allowed. At about 01.00, only Turkish music was playing, to which only Turks danced and the hall was 70% empty. At about 01.30, some guests did not even go outside and smoked right inside, regardless of the stench and fire safety. One of the managers made a remark to them once, but it had no effect. As a result, if there was an opportunity to refuse the gala dinner, I would have refused better and would not have paid 100 euros per person.
- Lollipop Kids Club. The area is large, occupies as many as three floors, but everything is very primitive in terms of activities (lego, cubes, chalk board, and a couple of toy horses). There is even something like a kindergarten (there are cots, you can leave them for a nap, for example). But the staff of the children's club are often simply absent on the spot. For older children, there is also a separate location with slot machines, which are paid (1 game = 2 euros). The set of slot machines is standard, in principle, if there are a lot of children in the summer, then they will be able to play enough here.
- Spa. Our most important pain. Before the trip, we chose a hotel with a good spa very carefully and settled on this hotel. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and went to the spa that none of the hammams were working, and the steam room was almost always very poorly turned on. After our complaint, we were told that they had technical problems and we could use the services of the paid spa area at that time and that the hammam was working there. Hopefully, we decided to check it out, but none of the hammams work there either. In fact, we often went and asked to turn on the hammam, but we were only poisoned with breakfast. As a result, when our patience broke and we went to write an appeal, finally one of the four hammams was turned on on the last day of our county. It is also worth noting that the entire spa area is designed in such a way that there are no fonts and when you want to plunge into a cold pool, you will need to walk a decent distance to the only large pool with access to the street (I will write about it separately below). As for the paid spa area, there is not much to do there, just to visit four rooms at once (hay, salt, mud, sand), but no wow effect, especially a mud shower is just icy water with slightly mixed mud and nothing more, you should not expect that the dirt will turn into a crust. In addition, most of the paid spa area did not work at all (tunnel with rain shower, sauna, steam). The only thing, of course, was to sit and bask in a warm pool (34-36 degrees), but to charge separately for such a thing is beyond arrogance. The conclusion suggests itself that the hotel once again decided to save as much as possible and turned on everything that was possible, but the guests did not care at all. I want to emphasize here that we were in a nearby hotel 2 years ago at a covid time, which was almost empty, but they did not allow themselves to do this, there the spa worked to the maximum to the fullest.
- The main large swimming pool with access to the street. The main problem here is the complete absence of any stable temperature or at least a temperature corresponding to weather conditions. In other words, when it was +22 outside and the sun, the water temperature was 36, and when it was +15 outside and the wind, the water temperature was only 26-28.
- And the main cherry on the cake, which crosses out everything and lowers the level of the hotel to the very bottom. We had a late check-out (which was agreed to us "by the goodwill of the hotel" completely free of charge, you see, for the fact that none of their hammams worked for 10 days), and before leaving we decided to go to the spa for the last time. They packed their suitcases, laid them open on the floor, decided not to call for cleaning, so they turned on a special do not disturb label on the scoreboard in front of the room door, closed the safe (which contained cash and passports), and joyfully went to the spa. When we returned to the room after the spa in the late afternoon, the do not disturb label was extinguished, and our room key did not work. I went to the reception, updated the key, went into the room and saw that the room was completely cleaned and the safe was OPEN!!! After recalculating the cash, it turned out that 100 euros were MISSING!!! Since the departure time was already running out, we quickly packed up and went to the reception with our suitcases. They called the head of security, who said that he would now look at the cameras and we would find out who entered the room without us. After 15 minutes, they just give us a printout in the form of a table (who, when and at what time opened our door), and declare that the cleaner did not enter after us. When asked who then cleaned our room, who removed the do not disturb label, and most importantly, WHO AND ON WHAT BASIS OPENED OUR SAFE AND STOLE 100 EUROS, they could not provide an answer, and eventually said that they did not have any cameras in the corridor and they could not see anything. This situation indicates a complete lack of any security at the hotel and that your money / belongings can be stolen by the hotel staff at any time, and no one will return or help you.
To summarize:
Will I ever go to this hotel again and advise others? NO, NO, AND NO AGAIN, no way. Stay away from here. Throughout Belek and even in the neighborhood of this hotel there are many others that are hundreds of times better and more worthy of a visit.

We visited this hotel in August 2023. There were two families in the company, an adult and children from 6 years old to 19. Everyone is absolutely delighted! round-the-clock feeding for every taste, 10 slides for adults and 8 for little ones. It is always easy to find places on the beach, even for a large company. Entertainment from morning to late at night, lots of sports activities from aerobics in the pool to shooting from pneumatics. We haven't even been everywhere in 10 days. We went to this hotel for the second time, the first time was in 2018, then we really liked it. In 2024, I was disappointed with the service and the number of rooms separately. Both are terrible.
To begin with, when booking the hotel, we indicated that we need two rooms with separate beds, the sons of 12 and 16 years old do not want to sleep together or on the sofa. The hotel confirmed the reservation and we were calm.
Upon arrival, we were accommodated in rooms with one bed! We came to the reception 8 times, asked to exchange the room, they just smiled at us and promised. And all…
Realizing that the exchange of the room does not shine at all, we went to the reception 9 times asking for blankets. And again they promised us, but they did not fulfill the promise. We spent the night very uncomfortable. In the morning, we told Coral Valeria's representative about the situation, she helped us get blankets))
After living in the room for a day, we realized that
1. The air conditioner does not work for cooling, only for ventilation
2. The sofa that was provided to us instead of the second bed was broken
3. The light bulb in the common corridor blinked for several minutes every time it was turned on
4.The door locks did not work
5. The door to the balcony was very difficult to open, it took a man's strength to open it
6. The minibar was not replenished every day, although it should be
I usually don't pay attention to the room stock, well, tired and tired, but here it's a nightmare. It's a pity I can't attach a photo of the air conditioner filter when it was removed and began to be repaired.
The reception did not respond to all my requests, so I scanned the code in the room and wrote them a negative review, to which they said they were sorry and hoped that the future would be better)))🤦♀️
But I still got it out and they came, brought another sofa, repaired the locks and started fixing the air conditioner. That's where we got stuck)
They said that the renovation would take many hours and we would be moved to another room.
And the relocation began.... It's a nightmare how long it's been going on
They showed us the room, we agreed, handed in our room and waited at the reception for a new room. The room was already ready, but they didn't give it to us for five hours!!! They said that relocation is always so long! I said that we were moving due to the fault of the hotel, since the air conditioning was not working in the room, but they didn't care about the guests, the Vasil employee couldn't solve anything.

The air conditioner also worked so-so, but we independently removed the dirty filter and threw it out, it became better to cool. They did not experiment with another move anymore.
In 2018, carousels and go-karts were free, now everything has been moved to the hotel, under the roof and everything has become paid.

1. The food is delicious, there are freshly squeezed juices for breakfast (orange, carrot, apple)
2. In the room there are bathrobes, toothbrushes, a large tube of toothpaste, shaving foam, razor, skin lotion, shampoo, hair conditioner
3. The beach is sandy, pleasant
4. There are free sunbeds on the beach, there are no free sunbeds on the pier
I definitely do not recommend this hotel, because if something goes wrong, they will not help you!

We were at the hotel at the end of August. I can say that the hotel is bombed, but the only thing we noticed was not the appropriate quality of the staff. The hotel is cool, everything is expensive and rich, and the staff can pour you a Cocktail in a dirty T-shirt, sweaty and dirty hands (just carried boxes, for example)

Hotel of 2015. Renovation is required . The rooms are cramped. Plumbing is average in quality. Doors, switches, wallpaper are beaten by time. The carpet is stained, dry cleaning is needed. Uncomfortable mattress, back aches in the morning after sleeping. Nutrition is a large choice, each type of meat and fish has several cooking methods. They don't know how to cook soups. There is a diet food. For 11 days there were shrimp and crayfish and mussels once. A lot of Germans. But they are either on the golf courses or in front of the TV with beer. Sea and beach 5+. Sand smooth entrance. There is a pier. There are always free seats on the beach and on the pier. There is little greenery. Everything is occupied by swimming pools. Well, as always pompous in the lobby. All the shortcomings in the hotel are pulled out by the staff. Hard workers deserve praise. Clean, serve perfectly. I gave 250 thousand in 11 days - it's expensive. They settle almost at the time of 14.00. I arrived at 5.00 and waited until 13.45.

We were in August 2023. In terms of price-quality ratio, specifically for our trip, deserves 5 points. But at the same time, there are enough minuses for a hotel of this level: employees do not say hello everywhere, bartenders, some, do not know English, from the word at all (the first time, honestly, I met), animation is weak, very (regarding the hotel team), about evening shows, and for adults and children - there are no questions. Well, there are enough little things.
In general, the hotel is good (good food, drinks, beach, pier, water park, etc.), with an adequate price, you can safely recommend.
