The staff is super! Polite, attentive, patient ! They explain everything in great detail, even advise what is better to buy -it's just super, great! But the prices are just TERRIBLE! I understand this is not the fault of the sales consultants! I have always trusted SULPAK very much and even if I saw a small difference in price, I still made purchases in this store, BUT I WILL NOT DO IT ANYMORE! The other day I bought headphones of excellent quality, but just a couple of days later I regretted it, because this model of headphones in other stores is almost 5000 cheaper! This difference is very big for me! I feel cheated!

I was once again convinced of the poor performance of your store!- I ordered a PS5 game console from you on pre-order, delivery was promised for November 19 , then the deadline was postponed to November 26, today on November 24 I'm calling the Sulpak delivery and information office in Almaty, so they said they didn't even arrive at the warehouses - DISGUSTING WORK! - with all this, I cite as an example that Technodom and Dream stores have already issued all consoles on pre-order - checked! I will not use the Sulpak store anymore, and I will not recommend it to others! I was completely disappointed!
