Beautiful, good furniture, bed linen, bathroom, clean. There are no complaints about the equipment.
This is where the advantages of the hotel end. Thoughtfulness of services and service for 1 point. It is possible to build a Hilton in Kazakhstan, but the locals will work and the quality is appropriate.
The SPA sucks. The pool is normal, the hot tub has cold dirty muddy water. One and a half nozzles are working. The sauna is not working. The hammam is excellent.
In the restaurant, dishes are served by the hour. The waitress doesn't care about anything, she doesn't even answer with words, but with "uh-huh." He answers simple questions about the composition of the dish / tea reluctantly, through force and with the look of "what do you want from me?".
The password for Wifi in such a chic hotel is given on a piece of paper. Write it in the room, on the housekeeper or put a QR code - no, I have not heard of such technologies. And the necessary Wi-fi network in the room was not caught on my iPhone. Probably because the farthest number is.
Thoughtlessness in small things, which infuriates at every step. There is no list of phone numbers on the phone in the room. And nowhere else. There are no instructions at all on how to call the reception, or the room service, nothing. I dialed 101 at random to call the reception, just because in different hotels it's usually 100 or 101.
At breakfast, the dishes in the marmites are not signed. You need to open each one and stick your nose into the darkness to figure out what's there. The choice of dishes for breakfast is varied. But it's not very cooked - everything is overcooked. Potato pancakes are fried like a sole, with the taste of one dill and, for some reason, spicy. Fried eggs are just overcooked terrible fried eggs. Fortunately, the cook managed to cut the vegetables.
Thoughtlessness in small things is an indicator of the management's attitude towards its guests. And here it is arrogant and neglectful.
In general, a beautiful hotel, and no more. It is worth staying for the sake of good bed linen and a large bed. The restaurant's cuisine is not bad.
In steel, expect that everyone here does not care about you and does not want to see you. It's safer to work my shift and go home without you. You're an extra irritant here.

1. Poor first aid kit in the hotel. If something happens to you - only validol and microsim.
2. Beds! If you are 20 years old, then such rigidity is OK. If you're older, guys, I'm not a yogi and I don't want to sleep on a tree. The feeling that on the mat on the floor lay down. Buy mattress pads - it's too much with rigidity. They are not too harsh. They are wooden.

Terrible and overprice, shabby repairs, depressed mattress. The room absolutely does not correspond to the stated value. Breakfast feels like it was prepared a couple of days before serving. There is no sound insulation in the hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again.
