A great option for your money.
The staff is friendly, the cleaners are all pleasant, the attitude is on the level.
The breakfasts are very satisfying in the morning.
The rooms are small, but there is no place in Istanbul anyway, so everything is as it should be.
St. Sophia Cathedral is a 10-minute walk away. The Grand Bazaar is also 10 km away. The tram is 5 minutes away.
In 2025, prices for the whole of Istanbul have changed, so do not look for cheap + so that everything is!
We've been here for a week, and we're very happy.

A small, cozy, family-run hotel, the rooms are really very small, we were accommodated together in a triple room- excellent, double rooms are designed for one. There was a family company of 6 people. We moved into different rooms. 501 and 201 windows facing the courtyard. 504, 506, 406 - windows facing the sea. We used the shared balcony for gatherings. The water in the shower was not hot. The breakfasts are good, there is a huge selection of cheeses, vegetables, salads, a small selection of fruits and desserts - one or two types. Located in the historic district of Fatih, walking distance to attractions, tram stop, Grand Bazaar. There is a hammam not far from the hotel- I recommend you to visit, there are many restaurants.

There are pros and cons
Pros - close to the sights, friendly staff
Cons - small rooms, breakfasts just suck. In fact, these are snacks from yesterday's dinner - cucumbers, tomatoes, salads, cheese, wooden nuggets. As a breakfast it's terrible, no porridge or scrambled eggs for you ... breakfast in the nearest restaurants costs a lot of money))
Someone wrote that there is a hookah here, but there is none. The beer and food on the ground floor are expensive.

It's not worth stopping here. Everything is in very bad condition. It's not even worth the money. There are much better options. An unpleasant hotel owner. If you don't want to spoil your vacation, choose another hotel. They also force you to leave good reviews on the booking.

The rooms are very spacious, the hotel has been completely renovated, I'm sorry I didn't take a photo. He looks completely different now, not like in the photo. The breakfasts are good, although in Istanbul everything is usually very sparse. But the most important thing is the excellent attitude of the staff and comfort in all moments. Water and coffee are replenished every day. You feel comfortable and you want to come back to the room! Thanks!

I do not advise you to give up the word at all. The breakfasts are very poor, the rooms are old, the dirt is no longer washed, the sockets are not fixed but just stick out. In general, there are many disadvantages. Plus one is the location.
