I left the room and you're at the seaside, a couple of steps and you're on the beach. At the end of May, fireflies fly in the evenings, combined with the sound of the surf, to create an unforgettable experience. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is air conditioning, bathroom with shower. There is a gas and electric stove in the shared kitchen. At the tables in the kitchen area, we whiled away the evenings in pleasant conversation with the hosts, making plans for tomorrow. Any questions, we quickly found answers and solutions thanks to the warm, homely welcome of the hosts. They help in finding or organizing transfers, excursions, and other entertainment. One of the disadvantages is that there are railway tracks nearby, but this is not critical, the traffic is 1-3 trains per day, and there are power outages, but the fault of the hotel, but the problem of Abkhazia as a whole. The beach is just great! One side is a rocky beach, the other is a sandy beach. The owners keep the beach clean, and algae is promptly removed after a storm. There are sun beds, umbrellas, rental of sap boards, and rental of beach sheds-bungalows. There are several cafes and a shop within walking distance. As a result, this is a place for a beach holiday. Wonderful hosts, they will help you solve any problems. The views of the sea and mountains will turn everyone's head!

We rested from August 8 to 15, 2022, not a big hotel, 10 rooms, has its own kitchen, tables next to it, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The room is clean, a double bed and a folding sofa for 2 people, if with a child, you can lie down there with three people, room amenities, a wardrobe where you can safely put everything out and hang, air conditioning, refrigerator, table. There is a bench and a clothes dryer near the room. The hotel itself is located right next to the sea, you don't even have to walk for a minute, also, there is a cafe on the territory, everything is delicious, prices are adequate, a wonderful waitress, Asida😊 Nice view from the cafe, right next to the sea😍 The floor in the hotel corridor is swept and washed daily. If you go upstairs, there's a store right away, there's everything you need. The sea is clear, the beach on one side is sandy, then pebbly. There are not many people on the beach, even in the evening, when there is an influx, more people come from hotels and guest houses located above, but this does not affect the congestion of the beach. In general, the impression is good, we had a great rest😁👍🏻🔥 I want to add a review☺️ We rested once again in this beautiful place from June 4 to 13, 2024.☺️ The owners changed, Amina and Kan are wonderful people❤️ Made the mini-hotel even better, brought comfort and beauty🥰 The cafe "At the Sisters" is super, delicious food and beautiful serving, very wonderful people❤️ The rest was wonderful🔥 Next year, only here, I don't even want to consider other options.

Be prepared for the fact that you have a railway and an electric train running behind the wall of the house! We rested in May, covered ourselves with sheets, except for a thin blanket and a blanket, there was nothing in the room, we were freezing at night. There is a heater, but it has only narrowed the air. Everyone has their own concept of cleanliness, and that place wasn't very clean for me. I was buying my own sponge for washing dishes, it was scary to pick up a local one. But if it doesn't matter to you, then it's quite normal for an average person at Sochi prices! There is a Wi-Fi connection. The TV is covered in streaks, it's not clear from what, there is. I understand that people are not frugal and negligent, if you are in this business, clean up after them, I pay for cleanliness and comfort. All the necessary household items for life are there, the location is as shown in the photo. If you need evening walks, then there's nowhere else to walk except along the railway.
