We came here on the advice of friends. The prices are acceptable. We didn't wait very long, we served well. Here they bring us sushi. We ordered two sets: Hiroshi Gourmet and Nansei. When we tried the Gourmet, we felt that the fish was VERY salty, although the menu said "lightly salted salmon". Having tasted it, we understand that the fish is rotten. They smelled it, and it really stank of rotten fish. Our waiter was called, she immediately took it away. After a while, another girl comes up and says that she personally tried everything, everything is fresh. After a brief argument, she offered dessert, which we declined. Then we received an offer to call the cook, to which we agreed. After a while, the girl comes back and says that the cook can't come out and suggested that we deduct the rolls from the order. In general, the first impression is not the best

Today we celebrated one holiday there, earlier (until today) It was my favorite place with the guy. The service is just terrible (the guy waiter came up only 2 times during the whole time, and in the interval did not take away either an empty glass or dirty napkins, and when he came up last time, he did not ask whether to bring the bill or something else, and he was not alone in the establishment. His partner saw that we were sitting and waiting for someone to finally come up to us and ask for the bill, I even met her eyes, and she didn't come either). The quality of the products has become much worse than before. We used to adore maguro philadelphia, but now it's just something disgusting with cheap fish (I doubt even that fish). When we finally caught the waiter's partner and demanded the bill, we noticed that that waiter was just stupidly standing at the cash register and shirking his duties. By the way, after today's visit, we will never come here again and will not advise anyone to go. A score of 1 is not deserved, here you need to put exactly 0...

There are only a couple of flaws that can be easily fixed - this is liquid soy sauce, and not a very pleasant strong smell in the cafe itself.
