Today I ordered to please the family, sit together and have a delicious meal..It was terrible. p.s. cook 4 rolls - 15 minutes with smoke breaks, delivery in Minsk - 40 minutes maximum diagonally from end to end of the city along the MKAD. in support of "we are not responsible" and other fairy tales about how hard it is for them to live.

I made an order from the website on May 8 at about 23:15. The order number is 2156. The operator called back and accepted the order. He indicated a waiting time of 3 hours and even noted that they would try to bring it faster (haha). Viber has received as many as 2 (!) messages that the order has been accepted and the time when it will be delivered.
On May 9, at 0:56, a call, like, oh, you know, but your order didn't go through (yeah, and 2 messages in viber about confirmation and the operator's call were probably for fun, and how did you know that it didn't go through if you're calling now). And we won't bring you anything, we can only place an order and wait another 2 hours. We can't move in the queue either, just go to the stump. No coupons, nothing in response to the inconvenience provided.

We made an order on 04/14/24 through buy cream, there are no complaints about the taste and freshness of the product (except for the size, before the rolls were noticeably larger)
The courier was 20 minutes late, it's not critical, but they didn't warn about the delay
The weight of the set is indicated at 1417g., an additional roll weighing 240g was also ordered, they decided to weigh it, the total should have been 1657, but the weight with the container was 1550g.(the scales are accurate, I attach photos for an example), the order is of course with a promotion through cream, but this does not mean that you need to deceive the client
There was also a sharp fragment in the rolls, I believe that the shell is from a mussel and scales from a shrimp
After describing the situation on Instagram, the establishments replied that they were apologizing, passed the information to the manager of the outlet and nothing else, although in fact they cheated on the money (very small, but it's a matter of principle, it's a shame)
