I'm thrilled! The sushi was just great! The fish is incredibly fresh, the rice is cooked perfectly, and the rolls are neatly rolled. I especially want to mention Caesar roll – it's something incredible! The service is top-notch, everyone is very polite and attentive. I definitely recommend it and will definitely come back again!

if you want to receive rolls two hours late, be sure to order! there was a pickup four times, everything was perfect both in quality and in time of return. today we decided to order with delivery: the order was placed at 18:55, it was supposed to be with us at 20:55, that is, two hours for cooking and delivery. we received the order at 23:02. to find out why the delivery is late, you need to call the company yourself) no, they don't call you and tell you why they are late, that's your task. and in order to get through to them, you need to constantly sit on the phone, otherwise they just ignore you :)
as an apology, they offered 12 rubles of bonuses for the next order, of course they were not credited. the courier was met by my boyfriend, because I was no longer responsible for my reaction. we expected the rolls to arrive hot (a set of baked rolls was ordered)- we arrived barely warm. administrators lie about the waiting time, they lie about the reasons for the delay. I would not advise anyone to contact them :)

Super sushi. Nice bonus offers. Every Tuesday, the second roll is a gift, 15% for pickup, bonus points are awarded with each order, which can then be used to pay for orders. A separate like for baked sushi- my child did not recognize warm sushi until he tried a tender roll with chicken and a tender one with salmon. Orders are prepared quickly, even often before the specified time, and it is very convenient to track the status of the order in the mobile application. 5 out of 5!!!

In my opinion, this is the best place where sushi is made. I started ordering here in the summer and never regretted it: fish are not clamped, sushi is not hard. I also like the points system and the promotions are good here. ✌️
True, there were such things as the delivery time, but in my opinion, the application overestimates the employees. How can they make and deliver in half an hour from the moment of my order? Usually, this whole delivery topic takes an hour, like everyone else's.
And, there is also such a moment: I can't find all the sushi from the set and see their composition, so I have to focus on the picture. It would be cool if everything was written in the description of the set 👀

Hello, I often order sushi from you and everything is always delicious, fresh and neatly done. I ordered sushi for work yesterday and was upset for the first time... sushi is not the same as usual, there are few fillings, sauces are not all reported, there are no chopsticks at all..

Tin, not organization!!!!! We placed an order for sushi delivery in advance, and after waiting 20 minutes from the promised time, we had to call the organization. No clear answers except that the courier was delayed on the previous order. Previously, the "office" did not warn about the delay time. No bonuses for spoiling lunch. After they said they would write a corresponding review, they offered 100 grams. Cheesecake.... I didn't think that such an attitude towards clients was allowed in Minsk. The result is a super-spoiled mood. I don't recommend ordering if you want to have lunch on time.

We ordered sushi with delivery. The order was placed at 19:57, and the delivery time was indicated in the mobile application at 21:40. At first, the information that the order was being prepared was spinning in the application for a long time, after which, closer to 21:40, new information appeared "the order has been transferred to the courier". The delivery was expected by the specified time, as they wanted to please the person with a delicious set of sushi. As a result, by 21:40 sushi had not been delivered. No one picked up calls from the number from which the order was made, they just hung in anticipation. When a call was made from another number, the phone was picked up on the second ring. The employee was given the order number with a request to clarify what was with the order, to which the employee kindly replied, "we will contact the courier now and call you back." 10 minutes have passed, but no one has called back. I had to take the initiative again and call myself. The phone was picked up just as quickly, and there was no answer to the question "what's with my order?" According to the employee, only the administrator has access to information about the courier's work. In view of which, we were kindly promised to clarify the information with the administrator and call back. They called back quickly this time, but the information was impressive. The employee said that the administrator does not have the opportunity to contact the courier - the courier does not get in touch, they also promised that they would receive a call from the administrator with a proposal to resolve the situation. The administrator called back quickly enough, within 5-10 minutes. The receptionist informed us that the courier will be there in 15 minutes. To the question: "why is it taking so long?" - a lot of orders, "why were you not warned that you were not in time, maybe we would have refused the order" the answer simply killed "my joint, I did not have time to call." The solution to the situation was proposed to add bonuses to the personal account in the application, for example. The courier arrived not in 15 minutes, but in 40. In total, the payment at the terminal took place at 22:52. The courier was the only one who did not lie and did not try to hide the "shoals" and honestly replied that the problem was not in the delivery. The sushi that rolled around the city for an extra hour turned out to be still warm (there were warm sushi in the set). Until recently, we thought that we would let it go by itself, but the sushi that we waited for 3 hours did not justify such a long wait. The sushi itself was very small, the filling occupied only 30% of the sushi itself, and they also put the tip of the sushi in which there is nothing at all and which should have been thrown away and should not have been at the buyer in any way. And the cherry on the cake. Exactly a week has passed since the order was placed, and only 5 bonuses were credited and those for placing the order. In general, if you want to please yourself or your loved ones on a holiday, do not spoil your mood.

No one deigned to mention the delay.
On the one hand, 15 minutes and you can wait, but I was in a hurry and counted on another time.

Sushi is often ordered here, sushi is delicious and fresh. I always order for pickup. A big, huge minus is the waiting time, the time voiced never coincides with the real one, you have to constantly wait for 10 minutes. Today we had to wait more than 40 minutes (February 14th), although the order was placed 3 days before.

Ordered pickup, announced the time of the fence.
Arrived 20-25 minutes later, took the payment and only then said that the order was not collected, it takes a couple of minutes. OK.
5 minutes after the repeated question why are you not collecting, I received an answer that the order is still being prepared.
The fact that 30 minutes have passed after I should have already received the order, please contact the CC, you were incorrectly informed there. I turned to the CC, they said the kitchen is to blame, it takes a long time.
In total, I received the order with a delay of 35-40 minutes.
The attitude towards customers is disgusting.
Key issues:
1. Why they demand to pay, obviously not a ready order.
2. Deception, what needs to be collected, although the order is not ready.
3. Accuse the KC units and Production, absolving themselves of responsibility.
4. It is considered normal to wait for the client in 35-40 minutes after the announced time of picking up the order.
4. I left an appeal to contact the head, no one contacted (With-service).
I would put a negative rating, but the service does not provide such an opportunity.
