They always ordered here before, but now I won't recommend it to anyone. Not only does the quality leave much to be desired, but they also add the wrong ingredients periodically, instead of mangoes they put avocados or cucumbers many times, well, do they really think that no one will notice? And the delivery does allow itself to be forty minutes late.

Previously, when they wanted to please themselves, they ordered Sushi Paddles, now it just became some kind of horror, rice is gray, noodles are not what is in the order, and believe me these are small things, not for the first time the delivery was not at the level. I ordered Ritto Sushi, to say that it's a nightmare, it's not enough.Everything is tasteless.there's a picture on the site, you can lick your fingers, reality -ugh, nothing in common. There is no what used to be!!!! I will not advise anyone else!!!! The score is 0. I ordered wide Ramen noodles, (see photo), they claim that these are wide noodles, narrow ones look like spaghetti. I tried a lot and when they cooked with fresh products, everything was delicious. The evening is lost, money is wasted!!!

We took a set of 3 types of rolls, Philadelphia with fish of the taste of water, the second with canned food and the third with fish with the taste of the river during flowering.
I've never eaten worse rolls.
For a price twice as low (in other establishments), you can take rolls that will be much tastier.

Back on July 31, 2020, I left a positive review here for your work, since I live opposite and am a regular customer. But today, January 4, 2020, I left the institution without my order for the following reason.
To order the promotion, I purchased a promo code for cream.buy, and also for a profitable payment, I wanted to pay with a purchase card from Belgazprombank. The terminal reported an error that payment was refused, to which I was told that the problem was probably with the card, since halva and other cards are successfully paid. Indeed, the problem was with the card, but not through the fault of the bank. I called the administrator at Belgazprombank, where his employee reported that LLC "Forge of Taste" had not paid the commission to the bank, as a result of which there was a problem with the terminal. The receptionist offered me to pay for the order with another card or cash and get some kind of gift (a portion for free or something like that), but I didn't have an alternative payment method at that time, which is why, in fact, I had to go hungry. An unpleasant situation for the client, you must agree, I hope the perpetrators will be held accountable.

When the receptionist came up and I asked if it was normal for them that the customer was standing at the checkout for a long time and no one came up to calculate, everyone pretended that it didn't concern anyone, she answered me something like: I'm the only one here!!! That I can't move away??? I note that there was no queue, I was the only one at the checkout. At the same time, the administrator complains that "she is alone," thereby hinting that it is difficult for her to cope with even one client. I understand everything, it took a person to move away, make a remark to her about this, and tell her: I'm sorry, I needed to move away. But, no... Further, when I said that I would ask for a book of comments in order to leave a comment about her brazen work, to which I was sarcastically replied: I would very much like to know who you work for. I thought, okay, the girl's having a bad day. I went to get my order. I put the check down, she comes up and says to me in a sarcastic tone: you have two more minutes to wait! Guys, I think that with this approach to work, you can hardly find regular customers. Next time I'll choose a more customer-oriented service and order sushi elsewhere.

Disgusting!!! The courier took out the food after +2 hours from the scheduled time. No one bothered to call and apologize. We called the call center ourselves. They replied that the courier was on the way, when asked why it took so long, they said that they had been delayed on the previous order and there would be a free roll as an apology.
