Despite the excellent selection of products and convenient location, the service leaves much to be desired. 07/31/2024 when serving at the cashier, the cashier (unfortunately, I do not remember the first / last name) in glasses with short dark hair, asked about the presence of "small things" that were not found.To which I had to listen to a dissatisfied comment and take the change, which was significantly "thrown". The next client had a similar situation: the girl did not find the required "trifle", which was followed by more extensive comments "Why don't you all have anything" in a rude tone. After my remark that a woman should not spoil people's mood with her statements, the usual indignation was voiced in my address, to the words about the complaint in the book of complaints and suggestions, the woman replied "write, I don't care." If it weren't for the lack of time before departure, there would definitely be a comment about the "excellent" service, so the network should clearly pay attention to communicating with customers)

The Neighbors chain of stores is very popular in Minsk, I shopped in different stores of this chain. The range of goods is good, the products are high-quality, fresh. 🍞🥐🍗🧀🥫🍠🍬🍶I would like to note the work of the cashiers of the Neighbors store in the shopping center: they are always polite, attentive to customers, of whom there are a lot in this store, because there is a bus station and a railway station nearby. A very nice, convenient store. The product is in a large assortment, there is a culinary department with a wide selection of products. A large trading floor. The Neighbors network has been transformed in an amazing way: You can be in different parts of the city, but when you go to the store of this network, you will recognize their style. Interesting product placement, in separate U-shaped compartments, packaged cooking (I think that you need to work on the taste), a huge range of everyday goods, self-service cash desks.
In general, a lot of work has been done in a couple of years to transform the chain's stores.
And you immediately feel the coziness, cleanliness, convenience, comfort... the desire to BUY!
Congratulations on the excellent results of the internal "rebranding"!

The location wants to be better. Getting to the store before 10:00 is a whole quest. You have to guess how to get through the bus station. There are no designations of any kind.
If you want to earn heartburn, then first go through the quest to get to the store, then buy your own production of the store (salads, pizza, etc.), eat. Congratulations you have heartburn + congratulations on increasing your stamina to poisons (eating what tastes like wants to be better).

The product without such marking is of poor quality.
There were goods on the shelves without production dates and expiration dates, which grossly violates the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
