I was comfortable in the chosen dress all day, I would not have taken it off. All that remained was to rejoice at what was happening and enjoy the moment!!! You can say I fell in love with this model at first sight!!

I rented a wedding dress from them. We were very attentive to all the nuances (I am in a position). Only they have a choice of dresses for full brides in the whole city. They helped me even in a force majeure situation. They were always in touch and showed interest in me as a client. A chic selection of jewelry for absolutely every taste. There were also a lot of nice bonuses after the end of the rental. In the hot season, I was very pleased with the presence of a working air conditioner.

I really liked the salon. I ordered a dress for my daughter's graduation in the garden. The choice is huge, the dresses are beautiful. But, unfortunately, I lost the size. Without fitting, it's still hard to guess the size (we live in another city). But our problem was quickly solved, which was a big surprise (others would just score, because this is no longer their problem, but then they offered and sent 2 dresses to choose from, of which we left one). The dress is gorgeous, the child is happy. The quality is excellent!

Next year, another daughter is graduating from the garden, so I already know exactly where we will order a dress.

Graduation is my first exciting event. Back in February, they started looking for a dress. I saw a salon in the vastness of Instagram. The next day we were already at the fitting with our parents. The staff is great! The girls are very pleasant, talkative, constantly complimenting and giving advice on which dress suits my appearance. The rules of the contract were explained very clearly ! The salon is super, I am 100/10 satisfied with the dress🥰 I advise everyone, come and you will definitely not regret it.

Good day to everyone. I want to leave my impressions about this salon. I must say right away, the service is at the highest level. We selected an outfit for our daughter for the kindergarten graduation , the consultant absolutely helped with everything , offered quite a lot of dresses for our size . There were also no problems with the choice of accessories, everything was chosen clearly and concisely. The cabin is very clean and tidy, with an individual approach to everyone . In general, it was not in vain that we drove from another city to this salon.

I didn't like the salon. I signed up for a fitting in advance, I found out that it was paid after the fact. You can't take photos/videos of dresses. The hostess looks like an intelligent woman, but only at first glance. To my "I don't like this model, it makes me wider," I was answered "you have complexes." I also heard a lot of smirks and unpleasant phrases addressed to me. I tried on about 20 dresses, all of the same type. The dress model that I liked, they told me wouldn't fit at all. She left in tears. Fortunately, there is another salon in our city, in which everything is at the highest level with service, with the hostess, and with a choice.

The interior leaves much to be desired. It positions itself as a salon with a huge selection, but does not correspond to the stated one. The dresses have obviously been rented more than once for several years (but it is stated that they are rented once, then the dress is sold to smaller salons). When choosing veils, they offer only three, they have nothing else. Therefore, do not be surprised if your friend / sister / acquaintance will have everything exactly like yours. The decor of the hall is the same. Of all the presented 2-3 are newer, everything else is from back in 2005. For the same money, it is better to take from other decorators who keep up with the times. After handing over the dress, there will be a lot of complaints and shaking of money. Apparently, the hem of the dress had to be worn on the head so that it would not get dirty (although at the conclusion of the contract they assured that the dress would go to the dry cleaner, that it would be dirty in any case, the main thing was to have no holes and no wine)

The owner of the salon is a very dishonest woman. Be on the alert when contacting this salon.Initial offers and promises about a particular service may not correspond to reality. Be vigilant and careful when drafting a contract. They may well cheat. Tested on yourself. After my review was published, threats were received in response from the hostess of the salon, which once again convinced me that people work far from dishonestly. So that no one else gets into this salon for money, as I did, carefully study the reviews not only here, but also on various forums by typing the name of this salon into the search engine. And do not believe it if the Owner of the salon is represented by a network of salons under this name in the cities of Belarus. It is not true. Also, do not believe if they offer to sew a dress: they will sell the model you like and give it to you for a new one. This is just a small part of what they do in this salon.

Disgusting approach to the customer. The hostess clearly does not know how to communicate with the client. She did not allow me to touch the material from which the dress was made and constantly corrected my mother, who, in the opinion of the saleswoman, did not use enough professional sewing language.
There is also no normal fitting room in the salon, so in this place you can forget about comfort and self-esteem - you will have to change clothes right in front of your relatives and friends, and in my case, dad was present at the fitting and it is easy to imagine the awkwardness of the situation.
I cannot judge the quality of the dresses because I left the salon after fitting only 2 positions - further communication with the hostess was unbearable for me.
