The opening of a store on a quiet street near an unregulated intersection has significantly worsened traffic safety in the area. With a large number of citizens interested in cheap and usually of appropriate quality goods (I don't mind, this is their choice), there is not enough parking spaces next to the store. If the administration cannot carry out landscaping with the placement of additional parking lots, then you need to look for a room with ready-made infrastructure.
