I've used it several times already, I've always been satisfied. From the last one: the top layer of leather was peeled off on the winter boots by the sharp angle of the metal door. It was very noticeable. Almost a through hole, a fringe of skin around the perimeter... Accepting, they asked not to wait for miracles, but they repaired it just super! Even I, who know where the flaw was, can hardly see it! I am very grateful, I recommend only this workshop to everyone.
