The chairman is self-elected, permanent, with his own gesheft... A lot of garages are used for other purposes, such as: to store food for mobile food outlets, rats run around the size of a big cat, and how many "masters" of car repair have divorced... and all this with the "permission" and under the roof of the chairman. In general, the garage team was turned into a "Horns and Hooves cooperative"
