A wonderful studio in which everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There is water, personal hygiene products, shoe cleaning products and promised air conditioning) The coaches are all very attentive, explain everything in an accessible way and, if anything, approach and help to perform the exercise correctly. My back says thank you. I am with you for a long time)

I am 58 years old. I have been studying for about 1 year in Galina Malets's group. With joy and with a pleasant "muscle-joint" expectation, I go to classes every time.))) I regret if I don't get to class for any reason!!!!! The hall is small, and so is the group. It's very nice.
But the main thing is the INCREDIBLE care from the teacher to each visitor!!! For the first time in decades, I found myself in gyms (like everyone else in the classroom) adored and persistently corrected. The tact, erudition and patience of the teacher can be envied. The result increases gently and consistently, the body is more flexible, softer, more obedient.
And can I say hello to our teacher Galina here? And gratitude. ))
I highly recommend it to anyone who is not ready to jump and sweat, who is ready to listen to their body and look for its reserves.
