I consider it one of the top hotels in Istanbul, everything is fine in it
1.spacious rooms with a magnificent view of the Bosphorus, comfortable beds, pillows, excellent sound insulation and air conditioning system, the room has everything you need, which is important - a capsule coffee machine and an ironing board with an iron, excellent room cleaning, (bed linen and bathrobes are very pleasant, perfectly white);
3. Amazing breakfasts on the view terrace according to the buffet system, but at the same time in the open kitchen, with you the cook can cook any dish you like, all high-quality products, a huge selection of fresh pastries (there are gluten-free, sugar-free, lactose-free PP) always fresh a variety of fruits, a large selection of hot meat, poultry, fish, a huge a selection of cheeses, including your favorite grilled haloumi, in general, everything your heart desires and even a glass of cold sparkling wine;
4. luxury spa, whenever we stop, we take a 3-hour program including hammam, scrubbing, steaming, massage, I really like the design of the spa area, it calms me down, relaxing music plays, dim lights, pleasant aroma throughout the spa area.
5. Excellent panoramic restaurant, and in the evenings a club on the roof of the hotel.
6.Good relaxation area by the pool, excellent service, clean pool, free water, pleasant music
7. Walking distance to most attractions, streets of heavy luxury boutiques, cute restaurants, by the way, many boutiques of world jewelry brands are located in the hotel itself.

The hotel is great. I really love this network. This hotel was opened in 1990, but it was obviously renovated and everything is in good condition. The breakfasts are great. A gigantic territory and a wonderful park around. There is a football stadium and Dolmabahce Palace nearby. From the point of view of location, there is not much walking distance. There are descents and ascents all around. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to Taksim metro station. I recommend taking half board for food. A wonderful breakfast, lunch in the afternoon in the city, and dinner at the hotel. Ala carte dinner. He's just super. It is much more expensive to order separately. There are no restaurants around especially within walking distance. Because of the stadium, there may be traffic jams and taxis can also take a long time to get there. The main highlight of the hotel is the views of the Bosphorus.

A comfortable spacious room, a comfortable desk /armchair, a great bathroom/toilet; capsule coffee with a coffee machine (although there is a musty water filler in it) in the room. Many thanks to Doruk for his efforts in choosing a room from among the available ones, and in general to all the guys from the reception, the white guys, and the security guards..
Excellent delicious buffet breakfasts: gozleme, Danish, semites, bread, nuts/dried fruits/seeds, yoghurts, raspberry jam, honey, fresh seasonal fruits, salted red/white fish, sausages, omelet/eggs, vegetables, olives, Turkish coffee, latte,.. - thanks to the chefs. Many thanks to the receptionist, hostesses and waiters for their attention and care, and your radiant smiles. I'm ready to come back to you for you and your breakfasts ;)))
To the cleaner who worked (or finished his shift) on the day of my departure, my gratitude is a pleasant, calm, unobtrusive guy. In general, room cleaning is good for everyone (yes, sometimes they can forget something, but communication helps; I understand that it is not always pleasant for everyone to ask for something due to their modesty and shyness).
The possibility to cancel the reservation up to the check-in date (perhaps this option is provided by yourself Booking.com , but an extremely convenient thing), pay in cash.
The overall impression of the hotel is quite positive (I stayed 4 nights on 17-21.02.2025) - in fact, as it should be, it was not by chance that I initially monitored it for six months (along with competitors, of course: Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott,..) - on the next trip with the right price ratio/quality will be guided by the available experience regarding this hotel.
Judging by the prospectus of the Swiss Advantage room on the Booking, my expectations did not match the fact: in the photos of the avenues, the room looks much closer to the Bosphorus, but it turned out to be closer to the city with a view of either a tennis court or an outdoor pool.
The minibar is fully paid (I had half board: breakfast and dinner included only) - just move any item in it, it will be automatically debited from your deposit account (by the way, the deposit requirement upon arrival is such a story - I understand that the hotel has developed a system for years, but I, for example, did not expect to leave it in any way, and there is a place to invest).
Supper. No, dinner is good enough with a la carte service, but my preference is a buffet/buffet (like for breakfast). It would seem nice to have dinner on the terrace, but, alas, it is for smokers and the ventilation system in it cannot cope with smoke, my things were completely smoked. It is not clear why there seem to be more benefits for smokers than for non-smokers. I didn't like the small number of berries in the pudding, unlike the brochure on the restaurant's website - pudding is not pudding without berries.
We brought to the room a beautifully served but small compliment (baklava &Turkish delight) from the hotel... an employee of the service room, having previously asked, "is everything okay?" and after receiving an affirmative answer, he hurried to hand over a "Please review us" business card with QR codes from TripAdvisor and Google, asking to rate his work (they say it's important to him), but it looks intrusive (and I almost succumbed to the first urge to help the person), because (1) all the work is evaluated. as a result, a (2) is not a one-time order from the hotel itself (I did not use the room service during my stay). Another time I saw a fruit compliment on the floor of my room for another room, and I didn't like it. A similar situation occurred with one of their cleaners (housekeeping service) when, after cleaning, he asked to evaluate him (at the same time, I understand, the human factor worked, I forgot to make up for something in the room). As I understand it, this is the policy of the marketing/sales department of the hotel with handing out business cards - in my opinion, this is not appropriate. The review must be voluntary and fairly open /honest - this is the engine of development, otherwise it misleads other guests.
Among the toiletries, I did not find a sewing kit, shower caps, combs; shoe sponges, slippers of my own size (I searched for a long time, but found not quite the right size and both on my right foot)

Excellent modern hotel. We always stay there when flying to another country. The rooms (apartments with a kitchen) are bright, comfortable, with huge panoramic Windows with magnificent views of the Bosphorus. The kitchen is also very decent. If you are not a pedant, then minor complaints cause minor problems in the showers and toilets. But nothing critical. These are small disadvantages compared to the big advantages in everything else. I highly recommend this hotel.

5 stars for the view of the Bosphorus. It's just breathtaking. I don't want to leave the lobby, it's so calm and majestic.
What could be improved is the dinner menu: expensive and very limited. In addition, the appliances are placed directly on the table, without napkins. For 5 stars, it is unacceptable, I think.
Otherwise, everything corresponds to the level.
The location is good, but taxi drivers, hearing your address, raise prices. But this, of course, is not the fault of the hotel, but of the robber taxi drivers. :(

The location is good, but you are not on the hill. The view above the 8th floor is beautiful, but there is a parking lot in the left wing below. Shower, gel, cream -with menthol.There are no shower caps, cotton pads 2/3 pieces for two, cotton swabs are also in the limit. The friendliest is the cleaning lady. Upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 2000 euros, but agreed on 300. In the restaurant, the kitchen does not have time to cook for breakfast, you have to wait for something (grilled vegetables, cheese pie, sometimes fish)

I didn't like the hotel. We rested for a week with the child.
1. The room with a view of the Bosphorus turned out to have a view of the Bosphorus only from the side
2. The pool is indoor, small, shallow, smells of bleach. Swim only in hats.
3. There is no common SPA area.
Hammam and sauna entrance is only through the locker room.
4. The breakfasts are ordinary and mediocre
5. The outdoor pool is not heated
In general, you don't feel like you're in a 5-star hotel.

Oh, I'm thrilled! Such a polite staff!!! Such a service!!!! And the app is convenient. You can order room service through it (for those who do not speak spoken English very well). A wonderful hotel!!! I want to come back! And yet once again about the staff - just the kindest people!!!!! Absolutely everything! From reception to cleaning! The location is gorgeous, the apartment with a view of the Bosphorus is just a fairy tale. Two photos at sunset are just the view from the room on the 8th floor. The breakfasts are good, a large selection and delicious. The fish and seafood restaurant is great! In addition to the howl, it is convenient to get to the Dolmabahce Palace (it can be seen from the hotel), as well as to the pier (I do not remember the name) and the maritime museum. 10-15 minutes on foot. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a small park both nearby and on site.
Swiss Gurme was not reached.

Daily cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels, water is left in unlimited quantities upon request.
If you leave the hotel to the right, 50 m away is the Gunaydin meat restaurant, a huge selection of amazing steaks.
Walking down to the embankment is 5-7 minutes, there you can take a ferry at Besiktas station and drive 10 minutes to the Old City of Sultanahmet. It is much more expensive to get there by taxi, and depending on traffic jams from 30 minutes to an hour or more, the price back can be many times more expensive, taxi drivers are brutal, "little mafia" as they call themselves.
You can wait for a taxi from the hotel for 20-30 minutes on a first-come, first-served basis, it is better to order 2-3 hours in advance, then there is a high probability of leaving at the right time.

I was at this hotel with my daughters from April 17-20. At the reception she said that her daughter's birthday was on April 20th and what a surprise could be made for her. The Russian-speaking girl said: don't worry, we will make a surprise for her. The child has been waiting for this day. Nothing in the morning , we went to breakfast and thought maybe there would be a cake , but also nothing . We returned to the room and again no congratulations . At 12 o'clock we were checking out and I went to the reception to find out about the promised surprise for the child on his birthday. I was connected to Roman and I explained the situation to him, to which he replied: OK.good. And that 's it. We sat in the lobby for another 30 minutes and waited for a taxi and no one came up to us. The child left upset. "Thank you" to the hotel for ruining the holiday.

The hotel is perfect, we stayed for a week. The breakfast is great, it's the same every day, but the variety is such that you won't get bored.
Pillows to choose from are comfortable. I didn't like the mattress, it's like a cloud, I like it hard.
