This place is amazing! The menu is close to Moscow, but it's better here.
Excellent service, all the dishes are a delight! And if there is a place to eat crayfish, it is here, and not in small establishments on Sevan.

The place is great, the breakfasts are great! The staff is attentive and hospitable. The food is high-quality and delicious. It's nice to sit on the veranda) And one morning it was cool and our waiter even pushed the heater towards us. We were pleasantly surprised by the care! Thanks!

It just so happened that we did not book a table in advance (I advise you to be more responsible and book a table in advance). But! A nice girl named Toma at the entrance suggested that we could wait a little bit and they would put us at a table. And so it happened, literally within 10 minutes they organized a place for us! A waiter named Vardan was assigned to us, who not only advised delicious positions,
but also lifted our spirits! Thank you very much to him for making our evening even more wonderful))! In general, the institution can safely be put 10 out of 10!

Cheeses and dishes with them are really delicious, the selection is large and varied, there is a lot of space — you can even fit on weekends. But the service is not very good. Dessert was served for at least half an hour, the waitress practically did not approach us and was very unfriendly.

The Novikov group restaurant is similar to most of the chain's restaurants with stable quality of service and dishes. It's expensive compared to the local establishments, otherwise everything was fine.

I ordered delivery via Yandex, everything was delivered on time. But:
1. They were brought without appliances (3 were indicated)
2. The pizza is burnt and cold. And not cold, but COLD! - this is a huge minus for you. They turned a good network into a washing machine.
3. Pizza in a box without special paper (seen in the photo)

Well, also for 4 minutes. In general, I love Novikov's restaurants and I adore the cheese factory in Moscow, but something went wrong here, either in comparison with the Armenian ones or something else (most likely the price tag), because in Yerevan all even the coolest restaurants are 2-3 times cheaper than our Moscow ones (and I compare this with the average ones) by it seemed expensive to this one. The service was so-so.

I didn't like the kitchen. Greek salad: feta is tasteless, the proportions of the ingredients are broken. Olives are not tasty.
The chicken cutlets were slightly undercooked. The mushroom sauce is only delicious.
The result of the hike: after an hour and a half, terrible intestinal problems.
I do not recommend a place. From Novikov, only the name and prices.
