It's a good place. First and foremost, it's clean. Clean surfaces, dishes, appliances and a bathroom. Fresh linen and towels. The cleaning lady speaks a little Russian and can bring you anything if something is missing. There are condey and blackout curtains.
In short, if you really evaluate the convenience, then this is a solid five.

There is no service, The rooms were not cleaned, the equipment does not work well, dirty sofas, bed linen has never been changed.

It doesn't pull at 5*. The hotel is tired of course . But on the whole it is worthy. The breakfasts are so-so, but varied, not repeated.
