Of the cons:
We were at the end of February and it was quite cool outside, the door to the balcony was practically not closed, we put a chair on it for the night, but it was draining and it was cold.
The bathroom is not super clean, but you can see that everything is old and it's time to change, at least the hoods (it's really hard to look at them).
Positive:
The location is great, which covers the disadvantages.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the linen is fresh and pleasant to the body.
The breakfast is very good.
In general, for such a price and a good location, a comfortable bed, we will choose this hotel again))

I really liked the hotel, first of all, the atmosphere created by the owners and staff, and the location is generally a bomb, and in close proximity to the center, but at the same time on a very quiet street! The cook girl speaks Russian normally, is smart and beautiful, and is Turkish, and her name is Dunya. The boys at the reception also speak Russian. The people were from Latin America and France.

Nice cozy hotel near Taksim Square. With good breakfasts and location, the metro is nearby, no more than 400 meters, all shops are nearby, keep in mind the tourist center of the city prices are slightly too high, go shopping at the supermarket, there is nearby. We took a room with a terrace, you won't regret it, you can have dinner outside in the evening, unfortunately the view is not very good, but it's still beautiful.
