On 07/21/2021, I came to the COVID-19 Vaccination center by appointment through the e-gov portal at 09:30 to deliver the first dose of the vaccine. There was a crowd of people in the room at the same time, who did not observe social distance and all sat close to each other on benches waiting for a LIVE queue for vaccination. My directions for vaccination, according to the time appointed on the government portal, were simply ignored and explained that this did not concern them, they had a live queue and that was that. Nevertheless, I managed to ensure that I was allowed to see a therapist outside of the LIVE queue, but according to the appointed time. After examining the therapist, I was sent to receive 1 dose of the Sputnik V vaccine. This time I had to run around the offices and look for a vaccinator, who, as it turned out, refused to put the vaccine until there were at least 5 people in the queue (AND THIS IS DURING THE PANDEMIC, WHEN ANY GATHERING OF PEOPLE IN AN UNVENTILATED ROOM IS PROHIBITED). The vaccinator was still able to find and insist on receiving me, despite the presence of only 3 people in the queue, who actually had been waiting there for more than 10 minutes before my arrival, sitting on the same hospital bench, not observing distance. In general, it is not a vaccination center, but some kind of hell: all the staff does not care about patients; there are just a crowd of people in the corridors; and in the rooms where you need to sit for 30 minutes after receiving the vaccine, the windows are open through a small crack and no one is watching the patients, although the medical staff says that this is called supervised a doctor (who never looked in).
