An overrated place. Shabby pathos (The area around needs urgent landscaping. Everything is dilapidated.

Kiev's favorite theater. I especially love opera. I have been to the ballet "The Nutcracker" and the opera "Eugene Onegin", "La Traviata" several times. Gorgeous performers, decorations, costumes. Of the latter, I was struck by the production of "Faust" in a modern interpretation. It must be seen.
