I accidentally saw that the guys had already opened and decided to try out several positions. It was lemon tart, ciabatta, almond croissant (I wanted to evaluate the pastries in it, in many establishments they are dried)
1. Everything that was on trial is excellent. The tart is gorgeous, ciabatta has been tried with mozzarella and herbs - expectations have been met. The croissant doesn't even need a filling.
2. The showcases look appetizing, the choice of pies and pastries is wide. You can find out more about the assortment even at home by looking at the Instagram page, which is very convenient for new outlets. Price list, photo with description - class.
We are interested in pies, next time we will definitely try them out.
Finally, I will say that the girl behind the counter was polite and very smiling - this is a big plus, I definitely want to come back for such a service. I hope that the guys will not give up their positions and will not save on composition / control in order to preserve the taste of the products.
