I went to this exact restaurant with my guests from another country. At first the administrator was rude to us and when we ordered bauyrsak they brought us bayursak was cooked at least 12 hours ago and was cold. The restaurants cook the food you order at the time you give order. Then I asked them for a fresh bayursak and they said that they can't do that.

The design is cool, the inside is beautiful. Like in a restaurant, and the prices are like in a restaurant, but the food is like in a canteen, the meat was a little harsh, we ordered different dishes, mostly the taste is not what we expected, only I liked the salmon. The waitress came, brought a beautiful menu, wiped the table and left. The menu is actually beautiful, but as it turned out, there is no choice at all (((. We went to the restaurant so we wanted fried mantas, but alas, there are no mantas at all. We chose ordinary pilaf, but surprisingly there is pilaf, but for some reason it is from the Kazakh and it is about more expensive than usual. And why not the usual one, because there is pilaf. To which they said only this. We ordered it. We wait. A barbecue is brought to the next table, but the barbecue is removed near us, and then we observe that while she is removing pieces of meat fall on the table. She gave what was left in the plate to the guest. I picked up the fallen pieces from the table and took them away. That is, the client received a smaller portion than he ordered. I was immediately disappointed in the institution. We won't come here anymore.

Tarym is a terrible place . There are a lot of bad reviews . And for good reason. They throw people out of the blue. Although they are surprisingly covered, namazkhany. An acquaintance worked there all day , they gave him some kind of soup . Water with macaroni . And in the end they said, we'll call you back and that's it. And so they have ads endlessly in the olx . It turns out they recruit , exploit for free , and throw cleanly . According to him , there are many such workers there who work the first day ( it is a pity that in Kazakhstan we do not punish such employers . People be vigilant

Poor service for three, there are a lot of waiters, but there is no sense, even with such an excess of staff, the guys cannot fulfill the order on time according to the application. It is enough to have one waiter in one room who is trained, clear, knowledgeable about the menu, who takes everything out on time and informs if something goes wrong.
