A nightmare and a disgrace for Tashir Pizza!
On April 19, at 2:50 p.m., my family and I were refused service simply because I spoke a language other than Armenian.
Are you serious? In 2025? In public catering, which should be for people?
Instead of accepting the order, the cashier defiantly refused us, leaving us without food and feeling humiliated.
This is blatant discrimination and spitting in the direction of customers.
“Tashir Pizza”, if you want to work for only one part of the visitors, write it in big letters on the door.
In the meantime: utter disrespect, disgusting service and loss of reputation.
To recommend such a place is impossible to respect yourself.
I'll never go back there again, and I don't recommend it to others.

On 25.08 I was at the Dalma shopping center in Yerevan.
I went to the cashier and asked if I could order food. The cashier woman said with a dissatisfied look that it was STILL possible. I asked her what pizzas are ready now to take a piece, she sent me to the pizza counter, saying everything is there. Although it is clear that the pizzas are different, it is not possible to uniquely identify them. I asked the guy at the distribution, what kind of pizza is this? in response, he told me that everything was at the checkout and only there. I answered him in surprise that I was sent here to you. Then I turned into an invisible man, they didn't look at me and ignored my questions. As a result, I bought pizza at another cafe in the same food court. In this cafe, I was only kissed.

I join all the negative reviews.
Firstly, at the checkout they asked for a thin or thick PIZZA (dough).
They ordered a thin one , served a thick one
They changed it to a thin one, but there was no cheese at all, and the dough was very stale.
And ketchup was offered in place of the difference.
I refused, they say we can give you a piece of pizza.We will not be able to return the money.The only adequate member of the staff, one man, probably the manager, made a remark to them so that they would be served properly.
The girl was standing with her back to the hall, combing her hair, pinning a hairpin.
In a word, they came in a good mood, left with a fake one.

I visited Tashir pizza and was disappointed. The service leaves much to be desired - the staff is impolite and not attentive. The situation was also not impressive. The only thing that saves this place is the taste of pizza. It's really delicious, but unfortunately, this is the only advantage of this place. I do not recommend it.

This is the first time I leave a review about a general catering company, because for the first time I am so dissatisfied. People, don't come here! Choose any other place on the food court, I just want to keep you safe. Otherwise, don't say later that you didn't know. I made an order: Caesar and Khachapuri in Adjarian. As a result, I stood for 30 minutes waiting for an order! Salad and khachapuri were made for exactly 30 minutes. At the same time, there is 1 half of a chili tomato and three pieces of chicken in the salad. To my question, what the hell is this - they told me that this is normal and they always serve Caesar like this. Adjarian khachapuri with basturma is just a piece of cold bread with fried eggs, slices of ham and pepper. Everything is absolutely tasteless, and naturally it all cooled down in half an hour. It would be better to go to the KFS or Mr. Gyros and get something edible in 5-10 minutes. Oh, I also took "iced tea with mint" - just some kind of green water with sugar. Well, or tarragon without gas. In short, just don't come here.

Tasteless and sad. For 15 minutes, we made 3 slices of pizza on a thin dough - as a result, we got three charred pieces of horseradish.. They also threw a sluggish arugula from above, and with bare hands without gloves. Of course I understand that it's cheap, but this food wasn't worth a penny

"The customer must suffer" is the motto of this institution (as well as the entire food court, probably). First you need to be Sherlock Holmes and find the menu. Then you have to stand in line at the checkout. You will be given a receipt, with it - for distribution, and there are several of them, separately for pizza, separately for sushi, separately for soups and other things. There are queues everywhere. They won't give you anything right away, they'll ask you to wait. Well ok. I ordered soup and pizza. The soup waited 15 minutes. I go to get a pizza - "wait, it will be in 15 minutes." Are you serious?! Did you know 20 minutes ago that you need to cook soup and pizza, and you start cooking only when the customer comes to pick up the order?! Are you sure you want me to come back? You have a crowd of people coming from the shopping center and you make everyone stand in 3-4 queues! Boss, do you really need a profit? To be fair, the soup and pizza were at 4, not perfect, but not bad either.

Some kind of mess is going on there. I stood in a 15-minute queue to find out that pizza is ordered elsewhere - where sushi is. I stood in line for sushi for another 5 minutes to find out that pizza should be ordered in the first queue from where I was kicked out. As a result, no one cared what I wanted there or how much time I spent, and I went to the gyros next door where everything was clearly done and cooked in 5 minutes. The service is at zero or even lower. The staff is being stitched up. They can't accept an elementary order, and they don't really want to. Whether you order or not is a question that no one cares about here. Don't set foot here anymore.

I ordered scrambled eggs, so I've been waiting for her for 30 minutes. In THIRTY minutes, you can fry five fried eggs in turn.
