Ordered pizza and cheesecake. The order arrived more than 2 hours later. The pizza slices didn’t feel very fresh. The pizza with arugula came with zero arugula on it. The cheesecake wasn’t actually a cheesecake, the top layer was just cream from a regular cake.

There were three waiters in the cafe, but only one was serving the hall. She handed us the menu with a displeased expression and quickly walked away.
After a long wait, she returned to take our order. We wanted to order four dishes, but when we mentioned the first two, she informed us that they were not available and abruptly left without offering any alternatives.
This was the worst service I have ever experienced. It's easier to cook at home than to endure such poor service at restaurants.
However, in general, Tashir Pizza is usually a good place to dine. I am specifically referring to a cafe located on Azatutyan.

This was the worst restaurant experience I've had in yerevan. The staff were very rude, and the food quality was awful. You can find much better fast food in yerevan...
This dish is supposed to be a Cesar's salad!!

The pizza is truly amazing and delicious, and I appreciate all the effort that goes into making it. However, I do feel that the price is a bit on the higher side. If there’s any way to consider making it more affordable, I believe it could attract even more customers who would love to enjoy it.

A great cafe with a rich menu, except pizza salads, soups, Italian pasta and burgers. The prices, the atmosphere and the work of the waiters are pleasantly pleasing. Everything is very tasty. I advise everyone!
Unfortunately, the chefs work in two shifts, and when they came in another time, the food and even the quantity turned out to be completely different, they save on everything.. disappointed.. Greed ruins the cook.. and with him the institution, we visited it on April 3, 2025.

As always, it's terrible. My son persuaded me to come in for pizza. Specifically in this institution, we were not allowed to eat at the restaurant. They came here with the child. We sat down at the table and sat for 10 minutes. No one came up to us. I had to walk to the cash register on my own and order a pizza. When we waited for our order, it turned out that we had an order for takeaway. To my reasonable question, what did we want to eat on the spot, all the employees unanimously stated that this was impossible since we had a takeaway order prepared. He didn't argue.

It's not a bad place to satisfy your hunger. Contrary to the name, the menu includes not only pizza and fast food, but also pasta, spaghetti, and mashed potatoes. The portions are large and hearty, even for salads. If you do not impose any special gastronomic requirements on food, then you can eat with pleasure. The price tag is humane, for a family of 2 adults, 2 children (three servings of second courses, one salad, a slice of pizza and 3 drinks) it came out a little less than 6000 drams.

The staff works very slowly and does not record anything, just remembers your order and after 5 minutes comes running to ask - did you order this or that? Sometimes there are no certain dishes and because of this, I ordered something three times and only for the third time I was given an order, I waited 1.5 hours so that I would just eat cheese sticks!

The pizza is dry and overcooked. The crust is black breadcrumbs, the ingredients are dried as if they had been dried for a week. Because of this, there is almost no taste. Some had to be thrown out.

Terrible service. We ordered a salad with fresh mushrooms and smoked pork fillet, and brought a salad with pickled mushrooms and boiled sausage. They also mentioned bringing breaded cheese, but even after 45 minutes of waiting, they did not wait for it.

About Tashir pizza specifically at this address (last time we were there in July):
The pizza is delicious, you can take it in pieces, not whole. Lemonades aren't bad either.
And now about the unpleasant:
We really liked to take a barbecue hot dog there, it was delicious, but the last time the bun was dry and my comment on this was absolutely ignored by the waitress.
And there are never milkshakes when they are on the menu.

And a fatal mistake - I asked for more Greek salad. I didn't know that it could be cooked for half an hour too. Do they have the same cook there? When loading into three tables, waiting for simple dishes in 30 minutes is too much. The waitress is extremely unfriendly and slow (the worst combination for a waiter). In short, take care of your time and nerves.

I would not have written this review if the Sas Food court, due to a cashier's mistake, had not left me without money on the weekend, mistakenly writing off several times more than my order (figured it out, they promise to refund the money).
I came to This Tashir and ordered my favorite Adjarian khachapuri with tomato, unfortunately I didn't have enough money on the card and the management just said: Bring it when you have the opportunity.
No matter what anyone says, it's a purely individual matter of taste.
I did not order risotto, but I have no problems with khachapuri, it is delicious, inexpensive, fast, and most importantly, without surprises.
