They take money for cleaning. Cleaning-they come and take away the plates. The amount is different every time! Then 100 rubles from the receipt, then 200. They can't justify it in any way. They refer to the hotline, the hotline refers to the main office and the manager of this point. A mess)

The cook, who was approached with a question about the order, behaved very unpleasantly. Risotto with beef is inedible. Boiled rice with dry boiled beef, sprinkled with a small amount of grated cheese. They won't even serve this in the dining room.
