But the office door, where I entered by mistake, initially did not please me. There was a girl in the office. Who looked at me with such bewilderment and said, "We have lunch." And shouting somewhere, "girls, didn't you close the door?" I was honestly taken aback by this. It seems to me that with the number of competing insurance companies, any client needs to be well accompanied. Moreover, she just had to find out what I wanted and send it to another door. Although maybe I want a lot from the service.

This is nonsense, I have not forgiven anything seditious, just the amount, since I live in Minsk myself, and people will be engaged in repairs and in order to know how much money can be calculated, now I will have to go to Gomel specifically for this, just to find out the amount of insurance payments... This is some kind of stone Age just, I do not recommend it in any case. P.S. Why in case of an accident when insurance money is credited to you, it is voiced without problems in other companies, but here some terrible mystery is covered in darkness...

Insured (offered) I am electronically protected by the partner bank TASK (Gomel) from COVID-19 with an insurance amount of 2000 rubles. However, when studying the contract, this amount is already 1000 rubles. (where this disease is discussed). As a result, after 28 days of illness, including in the hospital under ivs, I received exactly 50 rubles.!!! (for fruits). Moreover, all this was accompanied (waiting and communicating with TASK) by incredible red tape and a dismissive, disrespectful attitude: the consideration of the application lasted almost two months, because in addition to 3 sick days and discharge from the hospital, it turns out that (!!!!) there is also a certificate that TUSK requested from a polyclinic located one km away. He's been away for 37 days. To all my attempts (1 call and two face-to-face meetings in the office) to clarify the movement of my case, the response was only irritated: "do not distract, you were told to wait, then wait" or "I have no time to look for your application, because I have a lot of clients, I will call you back in two days." I would have known that the insurance amount was 50 rubles. – I would not have wasted my time on this hassle. My impressions were extremely negative, both from the insurance amount and from communication!!!

I am insured here for the first and last time, the insurance company did not fully understand the situation according to the medical line, decided not to get dirty, after I spent a whole month on sick leave, and before I was discharged I did not go to the procedures prescribed by a doctor, these procedures no longer affected anything, the extension of sick leave too. But the insurance company thought that I violated it, but I don't think so, the doctor actually extends my sick leave.
