I often ordered shawarma and snacks here. Previously, incredibly pleasant girls worked, but now there is a guy at the checkout who is not as customer-oriented as possible. Looking like I owe him something. Always, if something was missing from my order, it was canceled with a signature about the lack of ingredients. After making an order online and waiting for a long time when I picked it up, they tell me that 50 percent of my order is simply not there :)
The desire to continue making orders in this institution has completely disappeared.

On December 24, at eight o'clock in the evening, they wanted to eat delicious shawarma with their mother near the house. We went in, chose a large one, as always, and asked to cut it into two. The answer was "No, I don't want to. I don't want to cut it." Girl, we didn't ask you. Everything is understandable, employees are also people, but why do we deserve such an attitude? Previously, they could have easily cut it up, but it's not about the gem in itself. The answer "we don't cut." even without explanations would be good. As it is, I always went there before, advised all my friends repeatedly, but now I will stop. As they say, no, I don't want to.
