There's a wonderful pizzeria on the second floor. The pizza is right, like in the homeland of pizza in Italy, very tasty. There is simply no comparison with other pizzerias. The answer was "No, I don't want to. I don't want to cut it." Girl, we didn't ask you. Everything is understandable, employees are also people, but why do we deserve such an attitude? Previously, they could have easily cut it up, but it's not about the gem in itself. The answer "we don't cut." even without explanations would be good. There were no orders, I was alone in the establishment.
I thought that the shawarma was not well used and asked the girl this question when I was given an order, to which the answer would be that everything would be fine.
The shawarma turned out to be completely cold and raw, the chicken was cold, it tasted strongly that the shawarma was not kept, which is why it had to be thrown out!!!!
I am very unhappy with the service, I could close my eyes if there was a flow and a lot of orders.
As it was, it was empty and it was the first half of the day, I don't think the cook and the cashier were that tired at the beginning of the day.

I often ordered shawarma and snacks here. Previously, incredibly pleasant girls worked, but now there is a guy at the checkout who is not as customer-oriented as possible. Looking like I owe him something. Always, if something was missing from my order, it was canceled with a signature about the lack of ingredients. After making an order online and waiting for a long time when I picked it up, they tell me that 50 percent of my order is simply not there :)
The desire to continue making orders in this institution has completely disappeared.

And it was a cockroach that was sitting on the wall, and then crawled, I personally had to chase it away with a napkin. He stayed sitting by the windowsill in the corner, and my son was constantly looking at him. My mood and appetite were completely ruined. The milkshakes tasted like "plastic" strawberry syrup. Although not as sickly sweet as in other places. The menu sheets are so finished off that you can't look at them without crying. Coffee doesn't seem to be bad, at least for those who like roasting "practically coals", and the price for all this was 49 rubles. The photo showed a cockroach, it's hard to see, but it's definitely him, because I personally drove him away. We'll never go there again.
